  Great place to stay

  The welcome we received was warm and friendly, breakfast was cooked to order to order and the host was more than happy to offer advice on things to see and do. The location is ideal being 5-15 mins from everything you want to see in Harrogate. On street parking is available at the weekends and we were given permits to cover a Monday. The room was smallish but clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Recommend

  Warm welcome

  A very friendly, cleand and comfortable B&B. Leigh the owner is very helpful and eager to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Only 10 minutes from the town centre but in a quite location. The breakfast was great and cooked to order. Thank you Leigh

  Great place to stay

  We stayed three nights we thank Leigh for a lovely welcoming stay this family run b&b cant do anough for you for your duration of your stay lovely cooked breakfast the family room is very good as I dont think the pictures do it justice as it looks a lot smaller but its not so dont be put off by them we were also given a parking permit so no problems their very clean throughout great location a very short walk for shops bars restaurants we are definitely going to book again next year fantastic value for what you pay for.

  Great Place to Stay

  Having booked at the last minute as a treat for my wife to attend the Theakstone Crime Writers Festival this b&b was brilliant. Lee the owner was absolutely outstanding and went out of his way to make our stay the best it could possibly be. Due to our late booking we were given the family room as it was the only room left. It was comfortable and bright with the usual tea/ coffee making facilities and plenty of bottled water. The en suite was great even if the shower was a bit compact for me 64 it was powerful and refreshing. Lee was just fantastic and looked after us like family , nothing was too much trouble . He attended to our parking permits and gave us great directions to the venue hotel the Old Swan. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and arrived hot and delicious. Extra toast was provided and hot tea/ coffee as required. The personal touch that Lee added was made even more special as on our second day Lees father past away and still he went out of his way to look after our needs. Its not 5 star luxury but it is 10 star personal service and satisfaction that many others would do well to emulate. We will definitely stay with Lee on our next visit to Harrogate.

  Great Location

  We stayed for 2 night and there was 3 adults, the room we had was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. Leigh was very accommodating The B&B is in a great location Leigh gave us lots of useful advice where to go and what to do
