  Muy lindo, lejos del centro

  El hotel esta ubicado lejos del centro, a unos 40 minutos caminando. La habitacion limpia, comoda, con A/C, caja de seguridad, TV y heladera con agua gratis. El desayuno es rico, el personal muy amable. Los tuktuk que ofrecen son mas caros que en la calle. Recomendable.

  One of nicest places to spend your days in peace

  I have been in this Hotel before and will surely stay again whenever I go to Phnom. Main reason to write this review is to thank the management for keeping the place so neat and clean. And so peaceful even all guests staying were so peace loving despite having many guests you can never hear a irritating voice that makes it an ideal place for me to stay. Besides the staff is so humble and cooperative with highest level of manners one can imagine of. Breakfast is outstanding with paratha I love that as well I will recommend this place highly for peace lover. Thanks

  Value for money in Phnom Penh

  The room was simple and comfortable. Everything (AC, plumbing, internet) worked very well. The staff were quietly courteous. The included breakfast was tasty. You can't go wrong here if you're looking for something affordable in Phnom Penh.

  Disappointed

  Friendly staff, but thats about it. Our room smelled terribly on arrival and the bathroom standard is poor. Did definately live up to our expectations based on the reviews weve read online. Wont reccomand it to any one else travelling to Phnom Penh.

  Great budget option but not for high-maintenance folk

  4/5 stars is the perfect way to describe this place. I booked this room because I was on a budget and with taxes and fees it came out to $22 with breakfast included. That's actually cheaper than a private hostel room and it's in a decent location. If you think about this as a private hostel room, you'll be stoked! You'll get a decent-sized room with WiFi, aircon, bathroom with hot water, toiletries, and complimentary water. So again, $22 is appropriate for this. But with all budget accommodation, there are the quirks. The room is clean but smells a bit like smoke. The bathroom works and the water is hot, but it's not modern so you'll have to turn on a water heater and turn a blue nob to get the water to come out -- something I haven't seen before even in my 11 years traveling to and from Cambodia. The WiFi will get you by but it's not the highest speed. So, why does this still get 4 stars? Well, because you get what you pay for. Again, it's appropriately priced and that's what matters. It is good to know you can get a safe, private room in PP for a decent price. If you want a three star hotel, you'll have to shell out twice as much (about $44) so I would rather mix in some budget options to save and extend my trip rather than throw down twice as much for half the amount of vacation. To each their own! Oh, and yes, the staff is friendly. They do their best!
