Wow! FaultlessOh my goodness. Spent a night here on my South West Coast Path walk and it was just perfect. From the welcoming tea and cake to the fantastic breakfast I felt so well looked after. My room was really nice and had everything you could possibly want. Thanks Jo for a great night.

PERFECT!!!We booked two rooms from Jo. Easy communication, the rooms were great. Everything was perfect and Jo excelled in the breakfast with her vast variety of offerings including vegetarian and vegan!! My relatives LOVED Jo's garden, Jo recommended local restaurants. Lynton is lovely - definitely take the hydraulically-powered funicular train to Lynmouth - well worth it. Miki

Such a great weekend, made better by staying at the Fernery. This was a wonderful weekend stay in Lynton. We could not have picked a better b&b, it was perfect for what we wanted. Location was great, as we had restaurants and walks very close. Carpark worked fine, it was only a couple of minutes walk from the Fernery. Jo was a wonderful host, and she honestly cooks the best breakfast! Very clean facilities, interesting history and simply a beautiful place. Really really recommended.

Such a lovely b&bThis is our second stay at the Fernery and it is such a lovely B&B. Jo is a fantastic host and it felt very clean and safe given covid restrictions. Would highly recommend. We will be back. Get booking!

Great bed and breakfastGreat location..easy short walk to centre..carpark £5 a day 2 minutes walk away. Jo is a great host .. excellant breakfast with vegetarian and vegan choices. Very clean throughout with excellant covid measures in place. Comfortable bed..we had the super king room. Jo recommends restaurants ( The Oak Room is a must) and walks ( National Trust circle walk from Lynmouth, Watersmeet, Countisbury and back is worth doing as it the short walk up to Hollerday Hill with great views over Valley of the Rocks)
