  este hotel me pareció bueno, la cena muy rica un poco elevado el precio (de la cena) pero valió la pena, muy limpio, el cuarto amplio, solo una cosa, el piso esta como desnivelado, pero no es gran cosa, en resumen esta bien. nota una noche hicieron mucho ruido personas que llegaron a beber en el jardín del hotel, que es el principal motivo de que haya bajado a tres en mi humilde opinión.

  Lockdown release birthday treat

  We had a super night at this lovely hotel. Welcoming and warm in both atmosphere and service from the staff. They are happy team; genuinely hospitable and pleasant. We were upgraded (nice surprise) to a delightful room with a huge, comfortable bed. We booked the 'Beat the Winter Blues' package which was fantastic value and included a FABULOUS dinner, gin and tonic each and breakfast. We had a great stay Loved it!

  Disappointing

  Visited here 5yrs ago and it was great...gin collection...food ....staff etc. So we decided to visit again and for us it was not upto the standard of our first visit. On arrival after a long journey, we entered the hotel and put all our luggage down to put our masks on before we went any further. Before we could do that we were moaned at about our masks...how do they know if we had medical conditions or not as to not wear a mask...not the best start. The room was OK but very noisy from the room Upstairs and outdoor traffic. Booked a table in the restaurant and wanted to have a look at the gin bar again. Unfortunately it was half its original size and we were quickly ushered out to our table. We didn't want to sit and drink there but just wanted a look. Not impressed. Meal was nice but small portions and couldn't understand the staff at times. On check out the lady was polite apart from querying why our bill was so cheap? And she was also wearing what looked like jeans ? Unfortunately for us it was not as good as our last visit and won't be visiting again.

  A delightful stay

  We took advantage of the hotel being dog-friendly to have a night away and take long walks around the beautiful grounds of Blenheim Palace. The hotel is delightful - everything we'd hoped for and more. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, and service is discrete and very efficient. We dined in the hotel and had breakfast too - both were excellent. Some other reviews have complained about the parking - if you want to visit a small but lovely market town next to a major tourist attraction, some comprises should not come as a surprise. We found it easy to pull up in front of the hotel to unload, before parking just 5 minutes walk away. We enjoyed the stay so much, we have already booked to stay again.

  Fantastic start to finish

  Stayed here for two nites which is in ease of Blenheim palace this was our main point for the light trail then a 20 min drive into Bicester on the Saturday .. I booked a package which included evening meal and breakfast more to eat on the menu and a good choice.. Even with the covid restrictions have to say the staff are excellent and professional in every way still keeping a smile on there face and can image they are up against some days .. Shout out to the bar staff and waiting staff as well made everything effortless .. We stayed in suite 3 very charming and did what it says on the tin .. will be returning as my partner loved it i spend most of my year traveling around the world but this year since march more in the uk and found this establishment to be refreshing and not stuffy give it a go you wont be disappointed 5 stars
