  Golf Zoo Package with Sonoran Suites Cantera/Enclave

  Disaster! Booked thru Golf Zoo. Screwed up dates. Arrived with people in our assigned condos. Assured would be resolved. Arrived back and found condos filthy, grease stained carpets, food laying around. God knows what else. Refused to stay and made other arrangements at Renaissance Inn. Would not recommend.

  Coachella weekend

  We stayed at Sonoran Suites of Palm Springs during the first weekend of the Coachella music festival. A lot of the places we had stayed in the past were already booked when we went to make our reservations, but our travel agent recommended Sonoran Suites. I had never heard of Sonoran Suites, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms are large and nice and the pool is lovely. The location is great. Close to the venue but also close to everything in Palm Desert, Palm Springs etc. Check in process was super easy and the complex is very quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

  Doesn't have check in office

  I booked two rooms in a hurry for my family trip. My ailing father went with me, but when I arrived, I was embarrassed because I didn't have an office to check in. I called and asked them to log in via email, but since it was a desert area, they couldn't use the Internet and could only get a number. The room was spacious and nice, the kitchen is completely equipped with cooking utilities, so it's good to cook.

  No hassle arrangements

  Sonoran Desert is sort of a Travel agent. I contacted them and they listened very carefully to my detailed wishes for a one week stay in Palm Springs. The accommodation was very comfortable. A living room with open kitchen, laundry facilities and a separate bedroom with a walk in closet located just across the street from Old Downtown LaQuinta. They also arranged for our three Golf games. LaQuinta Dunes, PGA West TPC Stadium and Escena. I only can recommend this travel agency.

  Serious Financial Problem

  I want to bring to attention a very serious financial issue we encountered with Sonoran Suites in November 2018. I am the organizer for a group of twenty gentlemen who do a golf trip each fall. We have used Sonoran Suites to book trips for us on numerous occasions to the Palm Springs, Scottsdale and Tucson areas. In each instance, Sonoran Suites booked accommodation, golf and rental vehicles for our group. In 2018 our trip was to the Palm Desert area where Sonoran Suites booked us in to the Marriott Shadow Ridge Enclave facility for our accommodation. We paid Sonoran Suites a package price which clearly included the cost of our accommodation. When our group checked out of the Marriott property we found that we were charged by the Marriott for the cost of our rooms. After investigation, we found that Sonoran Suites had made arrangements with the Marriott for our group to be charged for the hotel, even though we had paid Sonoran Suites nearly $18,000 for those costs. Sonoran Suites refuses to respond to our inquiries and demands to remedy the situation by either returning funds to us or paying the Marriott. We continue to work through all avenues available to recover our funds but want anyone booking with Sonoran Suites to be aware of this issue. Suffice to say, our group will never utilize Sonoran Suites to book a golf trip.
