  Excellent service

  All staff are very welcoming and provide amazing service. Breakfast options are good. The restaurants also serve delicious food. Being a vegan the kitchen accomadated us with all requests. Gym facilities has also the required equipment to do a workout. Small but good.

  Look no further. Just stay here with the most friendly staff and get pampered. General manager Rajesh Kapoor runs the hotel in his feet and not from his seat. Don't forget to try the 2and floor exquisite cuisine and amazing view from the terrace with lovely pool. You pay pennies for a hotel that is worth all the money. Get the most bang for your buck.

  MEMORABLE STAY. EXCELLENT STAFF

  Hey, so I recently visited the Empresa Hotel for a business trip. I stayed there for about 2 weeks and truly, it's been a wonderful experience for me! While there are a lot of great things about this hotel, the one that truly stands out is the welcoming staff at the hotel. From the guards at the hotel gate to the reception to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff - everyone was just so warm and comfortable, it really made me feel like home. I've been to many 5-stars, however, strictly in terms of the staff - this hotel is much much better than any hotel I've ever been to. The food, Gym, Pool, Rooms are just what you'd expect a good decent hotel. The hotel's not in a very hustle-bustle area - so it's pretty silent and secluded which was certainly a plus-point. Special Mentions - My kind regards to Robin at the reception who's helped me like a friend than a guest. Seriously, he was just so very prompt and understanding of my needs and went the extra mile to provide great service. He made my stay experience much much better than how it normally would've been, I truly respect the work he does with utmost dedication! In addition, some other names which I definitely want to mention are - Nitesh and C.Yadav from the housekeeping, Nagesh and Mahesh from the restaurant and oh most importantly, Nikhil sir from the Gym. I shall remember their diligence and kindness for long. All in all, I highly highly recommend this hotel. Not because it's a luxury hotel or because the food is great or the view is great but simply because the staff here will truly make you feel like home :) Thank you!

  Excellent Hospitality

  We stay at this Hotel just over a week, My room was big size Excellent neat and clean, Staff are to good and helpful, Food quality are also good and testy specially breakfast, overall experience are good..

  Super !!

  Stayed for two nights with my 5 year old son. The service and hospitality was superb. Rooms were clean. Bed sheets , linen were clean and fresh. We ordered room service all the time and food was excellent. Buffet breakfast with lot of variety and service boys were excellent always with a smile. If mumbai again will stay here only. Prime location. They have a spa but did not try as I had no time. For food also I give 10/10.
