  Amazing.

  We stopped off for one night here, booked it through an outline site not knowing the outcome. Needless to say we weren't disappointed, the owners are absolutely lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The whole place is spotless. The room was very well maintained, room 10 . So quaint looking from the outside and modern on the inside. The breakfast was superb, we will be visiting Rhyadar again and this hotel will be where we will stay. Fab value for the money. Thankyou xx

  small break for wedding anniversaryd

  We had two nights at this hotel and enjoyed everything about our visit. The owners and staff all treated us very well, the room we had was large and very clean. Food choices were excellent and cooked really well.

  First night away with my new partner

  Lovely clean and spacious room. A very warm and friendly place to stay. Martin was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was great and we were made to feel at home. I can't recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be back

  Visited twice recently both times looked after really well, very friendly, great bar, good food and decent rooms. We were biking and they were super helpful with our kit and generally making us feel welcome Would definitely recommend

  Superb Town Centre Pub / Restaurant With Great Staff

  My wife and I had our 2nd visit for Valentine's day to the Elan Hotel. This was on the back of a previous enjoyable visit with family during the Christmas period. The bar area is large with a wide range of drinks and the food menu is excellent. The quality of the food is a step up from the usual fare that many establishments offer. I had a sense that time and care was taken over the preparation of the food. It was presented very well and tasted fantastic. Decent size portions aswell. The owners, Martin and Iris, are great fun and can often be found in the bar area chatting with their customers and staff. Now, this brings me to the bar staff. I can't praise them enough. They were great and were all very attentive. There is also plenty of them, not just one person rushed off their feet as found in many other bars, you don't have to wait long to get served. We were very well looked after by Shan, Lucy and Neve (not sure if that is the correct spelling) A great bunch of bar staff. The young man waiting on the tables was very pleasant and we were even introduced to the very competent chef. All in all a very pleasant experience. My only wish was that is was my local because I would certainly visit more often if it was.
