  Highly recomend

  We stayed in Peters appartment for one month over the Christmas period. Clean, bright and lovely big balcony looking over the gardens. Well equipped kitchen but needed a few extras. Peter responded quickly to my request. Would definately stay again. Feels like a holiday on kangaroo point with easy walks to the free ferrys that run half hourly. A few nice cafés and convenience stores close by. Excellent facilities at the Docks. Fitness room, heated pool, tennis court, two BBQ s and a media room. Lovely tropical gardens Two lifts that run smooth and quick and the public areas kept spotless. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom enclosed in a cupboard. Also a utility sink. Thanks to Peter for a wonderful stay at a very reasonable price.

  Lovely apartment, well equipped for a week-long stay

  Room was very comfortable, location was terrific. Good facilities on-site, including small gym, tennis courts, a media room (you can book to use for a group), as well as a barbecue area. Pool is a really good size too for lap swimming.

  Great apartments close to CBD

  Great apartment and service. Stayed 3 nights in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on upper floor in tower 1. All the usual amenities, under cover secure parking, good views, 2 balconies, some traffic noise but good insulation in unit minimises it. Has visitor parking when you need it for guests. We had a wedding reception to attend 200 metres away... worked out perfect. Julie on front desk was very helpful!! Wed definitely stay again... also only about $15 Uber to city.

  Traffic noise

  Shocking traffic noise from major motorway directly opposite our apartment. Can't open balcony sliding doors due to the horrible constant sound of loud traffic not to mention the car fumes. Don't stay there.

  Location, location, location but good value as well

  "Location, location, location," whilst the key to good property purchasing also applies to short term accommodation and you can't get a better location than The Docks on Goodwin. 200 metres to the Story Bridge Hotel and the Brisbane River, with easy access to the ferry terminal and the riverside walk along Kangaroo Point cliffs into the CBD. So park your car in the free underground car park and use the free City Hopper ferry to get around the city. The apartments in The Docks that are available for short term rental are unique and variable. We were in Apartment 72, a one bedroom unit on the second floor, overlooking Goodwin St from the sizeable balcony. Whilst we didn't have river views, the outlook was reasonably scenic. The apartment was very clean, nicely appointed with good sized rooms and kitchen. The lounge, dinning and kitchen were in an integrated space. Good sized kitchen with dishwasher, coffee making machine, microwave etc., with a full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The apartment complex also has a lap pool, gym and tennis court for use by residents, permanent or temporary. Also very good value for money according to my Tour Director, my wife. Any negatives - the living area lacked atmosphere. A few tasteful wall hangings and the odd table lamp would have made it much more homely. A minor negative really so we have no hesitation in RECOMMENDING.
