  Children are not welcome and members are hostile

  We visited the leisure centre swimming pool in the half term holidays. Sadly the visit was marred by threatening behaviour of four members who were not bothered that they had reduced a nine year old child to tears. One of the members, proud to be a SPA salesperson was verbally abusive to a young mother with a baby in her arms. When talking to staff we were assured this would be addressed. Sadly a week after the event, no one has contacted us despite reassurances that they would, which only leads me to think that management at this hotel do not care if their members commit Public order offences on their premises against young mums and their children. My advice even after lock down, stay well clear if you love your children and want to protect them from nasty members who think they own the place and management who fail to do their duty towards the safety of ALL their guests

  Perfect Covid Hotel

  I stayed here as a key worker and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with everything. All of the covid procedures in place made me feel absolutely safe as houses. The staff were super-friendly and helpful and everything I needed was provided. My room was spotless and you just got the general impression throughout the building that cleanliness and hygiene were paramount. Even though the restaurant is closed due to the lockdown, I was able to get top notch room service which was really efficiently organised. Overall, everything was great and I will definitely be going back in happier times

  Great Stay

  As a critical worker under a lot of stress I was just delighted to stay here. It really was a haven for me to relax and have the staff make me feel right at home. The room service was great and my room was just ideal for what I needed. The cleaning procedures really made me feel safe and I would like to thank everyone at the hotel.

  Can highly recommend

  Staying away for work and couldn't have landed in a nicer place. The room itself was very nice, new looking decor and extremley clean. Bed was very comfy too. Couldn't use the restaurant due to current restrictions, but room service was excellent and the food was fabulous too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there were plenty of hand sanitisers at every entry point.
