  Highly disappointed with this hotel

  We had worst experience in this hotel. They charged 3300rs/night. But it is not worth for money. No hot water, no proper light in the room. In the name of complimentry breakfast they serve tasteless worst breakfast which we never had before in any hotels. After breakfast u have take your plates and cup to drop in to the bin. Theres is no cleaning person to do this. Hotel staff will come and request u to do this. Its not good for family stay. You never feel comfortable in this hotel rather you get suffocated. They say its 3 star but this hotel will not deserve 1star. Never book the hotel through fab bcoz they charge more than actual hotel actual traiff. Fab just gaining the money they dont bother about hotel facilities. I dont recommend this hotel for any one.

  Hotel forcefully charged Rs 928/ apprx from Guest

  Hi, I am travel agent from Kolkata, we have booked 4 room from fabhotel for 1 night. Check in date was 25.01.2019.Our booking was with fab hotel sunshine mysore, but few days before check in we got mail from fab hotel that our booking upgraded to fab hotel dawn mysore without any extra charge. But at the time of check in at hotel Mr Rohan fab hotel manager (9035500156) asked for money, then we contacted fab hotel they said you don't have to pay anything. So we requested to Mr rohan that you go and talk to fab hotel, he denied to listen anything during check out he charged Rs 928/- from guest. Now fab hotel want to refund my Rs 928/- because they knew they charged forcefully. Now my travel agency reputation on toll. who will be responsible fab or dawn. I

  Gud hotel we spent Time gud nyc food som place to be pece I am to visit the mysore for som others work the work was gud becouse I stay in your hotel I think so ...... And that guy arjun responded very well if I com to mysore damn sure I Wil be in The dawn hotel mysore....!

  It is a good hotel..cleanliness maintained well..nice hospitality..one of the best hotel in mysore..toilets were also very clean..well maintained..and receptionist arjun that guy treat well i liked his work

  Fab hotel The Dawn

  Fab hotel the dawn is good with AC. The AC is must in summer due to extreme temperature. Only thing is they have not updated their rates correctly and charged Rs. 450 more then booked amount, stating extra for kid above 8 years. They should have updated their rates so that when tourist select number of kids, it should automatically mention the exact charges. Apart from that everything ok. Mr Mustaqeem was nice and guided us well. The complimentary morning breakfast was also good. Hats off to the cook. Rooms are posh. Overall we are happy to stay at the hotel which is near to palace, zoo etc. Keep it up guys. Continue the good service to customers.
