  Hotel in central Palembang

  I served in the city of Palembang, recommended this hotel, the hotel is easy to reach, the hotel lobby is quite clean and the front office is quite friendly, stay in the room 618 are quite spacious, the view is quite good. There was a problem about the room key not being locked properly, after a complaint, was fixed

  Need more as 4*

  Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Before arrival, I tried to call the number many times but no one answer, finally got the mobile number and tried to send WA for my requests, they done it, thank you. On my first day, we were so exhausted and sleep like a baby. In the morning, we didn't notice that the staff knocked the door to clean the room, and we didn't answer. Then suddenly they open the door and I woke up. Just information, we got NO double lock and DND sign, so I couldn't put the sign on the door as well. No shower cap and we got 1 sleeper only on my first 2days. Need maintenance for the bathroom area. Washbasin area were leak of maintenance. Overall, I wanna say thank you for the breakfast staff who were so helpful. Thank you.

  Short stay for Chinese New Year

  Booked this hotel for 2 nights from online travel agent, and asked for honeymoon setup. Not just give me the setup I asked, they also upgrade my room to suite!! What a nice surprise. Thank you Sari (front desk staff) for the upgrade and very warm and friendly response to my request. The hotel location is in palembang city center, near hospital (Charitas & YK Madira) and relatively close to anywhere within palembang area. I chose this hotel because it's near my parents' house. The room is very spacious and clean, but I chose room without breakfast so I can't comment about their food. Overall I would recommed this place if you want to stay in Palembang city center.

  Nice room

  Staying for 4 night at this hotel for Palembang Triathlon , with spacious room but some marking at the wall .Nice Staff and helpful , need variance Menu Breakfast since we stay there for 4 night , Also for Finest centre need to improving for the equipments . Greats location to go anywhere. Overall this hotel recommended to stay

  Hot water not function

  1st been here, only One night stayed and the hotel located at Sudirman street. In front like a kiosk and before entering they put hand sanitizer and inside the screen check of temparature near the reception desk. Owh liquire shop around the lobby ( Not sure that belonging hotel or not ) Nice hospitality of the staff here, from check in, breakfast lounge till check out. I got the room at 8floor, view the main street of Sudirman. A bit noisy at night sounds the motorbike, car around ( Or probably my room so closely even at 8floor ) no refrigerator inside the room and hot water not function. Just info if you booked by Agoda makes sure that hotel no check out late time at 3PM ( as noticed and read carefully before your booking confirmation )
