  Had a meal, it was beautiful.

  My husband and I had a beautiful meal here last week, 17th September! We had plenty on our plates, our steaks were cooked to our liking too. Although they were very busy, the service was spot on too. We'll definitely be back!

  Not the standard we had come to expect.

  Every year we come to Beadnell we look forward to a visit to the Craster Arms. COVID measures outside far outweighed those indoors. Out table was sticky - clearly had not been sanitised between parties. Starters we amazing well cooked - very tasty. The two main course burgers were cremated. We had waited so long for them to arrive that the elderly members of our party would not complain. Crusty on the outside - dry in the middle. Very disappointed.

  Brilliant

  My wife and I ate a couple of times at the Craster when in Seahouses a few years ago and decided we would stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately we had to cancel the day before due to unforeseen issues and the hotel could have taken £125 from us by rights and we expected them to - but they didnt!! Instead the owner - Michael - called me personally and explained what I had to do with Expedia to receive a full refund. We will go to the Craster Arms as soon as we can and recommend it to others and I guarantee will spend more than £125!!. Michael and people like him deserve to get through and thrive this current crappy period more than anything - good luck to him and his staff and we will see you soon - you really helped restore a bit of faith in such difficult times

  Nice Room, Average Breakfast

  We stayed at the Craster Arms for 3 evenings whilst visiting the area. The room was spacious and clean and tidy with everything we needed. Check in and check out was very easy. I am not sure whether this was due to Covid, however breakfast was in the Saltwater Cafe across the road. Whilst the breakfast was fine. The choice is very limited. I am not a full English person, neither is my wife and I would prefer cereal or fresh fruit. This wasn't available We were only asked if we wanted a fresh fruit juice on our final breakfast. The staff were all very pleasant very helpful. During the Covid situation the measures were all in place and very clear.

  Good food

  We just walked in on Saturday, and were in time to get a table. It felt very safe to eat here under Covid, they were following al the rules. The food was very good and the service excellent. What more could be said. Thank you everything was perfect. Look forward to visiting again soon.
