  Fantastic stay

  We stayed in suite 10, fantastic experience, lovely friendly staff, plus a visit to the fizzy Tarte, fine details such as a bottle of fizzy, and spirit drinks were lovely and even a gift on leaving,we will definitely be returning.

  Anniversary trip

  We stayed at the Cranleigh for 1 night at the beginning of December in the Escape Suite. I must say it was a very impressive room! Double rain showers, jacuzzi bath with TV and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Beautiful robes and a well stocked complimentary mini bar and a box of chocolates on our arrival. The room is ideal for isolating during the pandemic as you are detached from the main part of the hotel and breakfast is brought to your room in the morning - which is delicious!! Netflix / Amazon Prime and WiFi all included if you fancy a night in. Location is excellent too - 2 minutes walk from the leisure facilities and 5 minutes walk down to Windermere. The staff were great - brought ice to our room and all friendly and helpful throughout. All in all a amazing stay, we look forward to returning again soon!

  Amazing

  We visited just before the 2nd lockdown and had a fabulous break. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. The room was stunning and we had chocolates and prosecco on arrival. All staff are lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a great location to explore Windermere and Bowness and enjoy a nice evening meal and cocktails

  Amazing food, amazing room and the best service literally couldnt of asked for anymore off of the company. The breakfast was amazing quality and even for a standard room it was well about average and very clean.

  The Escape Suite

  I visited Bowness with my boyfriend on 30th December for a night away at The Cranleigh Boutique staying in The Escape Suite and it didnt disappoint! We booked as a last minute trip away before the end of the year. The Staff were lovely at Reception on arrival and made us both feel very welcome (plus it was Covid-19 secure!). We were showed to our suite which was at the rear of the building but it was ideal as we could park right outside. The suite had a lovely/large lounge area and then you walked through into the bedroom. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in with the most gorgeous furniture and mood lighting! Both TVs had free view with Netflix too. The bathroom was gorgeous and had a his/her shower and a spa bath which was perfect after coming in from the cold weather. Our room rate included breakfast which the staff brought to our room. Neither of us could fault the breakfast (we did have to put our order in the night before but this didnt bother us!) The staff kindly agreed to us checking out at 12pm on NYE (due to Tier 4 being enforced on Cumbria). Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we couldnt fault it. We really hope we can visit again soon!
