  Far from city center but comfortable and nice stay

  stayed for 6 nights to attend a conference held at the venue. The rooms are spacious, with small private pools in the balcony. The lobby is small, simple but the ballroom function hall is grand. The breakfast room is in the 3rd floor and serves a limited selection, but they were tasty and freshly made. I love the strawberry juice. I can't get enough of it! The hotel staff were nice, friendly and accommodating. The food served daily during lunch was generous, well cooked and pastries were delicious. The conference package was reasonably priced. I truly enjoyed our stay. There was free shuttle service to the Avenues mall provided that it is pre-arranged. so we were happy to have chance to shop.

  Ticked the boxes

  I stayed here for 2 nights on business. As I had a driver, I wasn't too concerned about gen location. The room was large, as was the bathroom. It had all the amenities I needed. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was good enough. No problem recommending it, and I would stay here again.

  Good

  The hotel is located in the free trade zone, where it there is no restaurants & cafe's nearby. it is designed mainly for conferences, sometimes there might be wedding party the parking will be full and noisy. the room is nice and the breakfast was one of the best in Kuwait.

  Really poor experince

  Sorry for the bad review but this was a horrendous time at CCRS. The hotel is quite far away from any main parts so it is quite remote and with new construction all around on the highways so seems run down, on the positive the hotel provide airport pick ups and transport occasionally to get you to main places. The room was ok, bit outdated in terms of decor and standard, food was ok, staff were ok. During my stay the hotel was used for graduation parties which went on til after midnight with loud music, excessive noise and the room allocated was right on top of the party room which was poor planning, the ballroom doors were left open so the noise carried all round the hotel. After the party finished they all ended up on the street racing up and down, burning tyres and generally being rowdy and noises, again this is happening right outside the room I was allocated, hotel made no effort to move me or deal with the noise. This was a terrible experience

  Average Hotel

  I've stayed here once on business in 2016 for two nights. I'd rate this hotel as "average" due to the tired state of the decor - it desperately needs some investment. The hotel was clean and the service was good. It just desperately needs a make-over!
