Con ArtistsI booked here following reading their booking page that includes parking. After payment I was told that there was none available, I couldn't cancel and that I would have to talk to the director but hey he's out and I can't give you his number. I gave them my number and asked for a call to discuss and nothing. So out of pocket, I had to stay. When I got there it's on a side street covered in broken glass and litter and all the parking bays are empty. I reckon the roller shutter is broken and they haven't replaced it. In side it smelt funky and had more stains on the carpet than a teenage boys bedroom. Most appartments include shampoo, some biscuits, tea, milk often more but this was basic. Tea bags for one day and dishwasher tabs even though I had booked three nights. The location was good and I got parked 1/4 mile away at John Lewis at a charge of £14 per day. The annoying thing was I had decided to book the Colon serum appartments because it had parking and premier Inn didn't. The duvet and mattresses were worn out. The duvet was paper thin and the mattresses sank to nothing as soon as you lay on it. We had our own electric blanket but there was no other spare bedding in the appartments. After three nights poor sleep I had back ache and my partner a stiff neck and headaches. We had a balcony with a view of the neighbors lounge and alley way and underneath, next to the fire escape was a month's worth of rubbish bags waiting for a cigarette to be dropped on them. In short this business says its a stay for professionals but I would say from my experience that it's a training accommodation for backpacking through the third world while still having to pay UK city prices.
