    Pretty much perfect

    Located close to everything loads of restaurants and bars nearby and a short walk to bus station. We booked the Christabel room and it is as stunning as the pictures. It is huge, with a wonderful firm bed, lots of space and a cute balcony. The staff are terrific and nothing is too much trouble. Jarek, Yasmina and the entire team were lovely. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

    How this hotel hasnt got a 5 star hotel rating is beyond me! My sister and myself had an incredible experience staying here for 6 nights, it is by far the best hotel weve ever stayed in, for the decor which was totally to our taste, to the incredibly professional highest standards of service from every member of staff especially Jarek and Jasmina, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Erskine suite, a lovely boutique style room with a wet room, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. LOccitane products that were very much appreciated. I loved the decadence of drinking Prosecco with my breakfast each morning. We simply cant praise this hotel enough. We will definitely be returning to Valletta and wouldnt stay anywhere else. The hotel is well appointed for the sights and restaurants etc. We would recommend the Ambrosia restaurant and the Palazzo Preca for a truly memorable dining experience.

    Mixed feelings

    My wife and I stayed in this boutique hotel for 5 nights last week. The suite was spacious and very comfortable apart from the rather inadequate heating system (probably not a problem most of the year). Great bed, shower and balcony overlooking Old Bakery Street. Great location. Staff very helpful and informative. Breakfast poor; continental but the same meat, cheese, bread and croissants were turned out day after day even when beginning to curl up at the edges. We were the only customers on our first night and there were never more than 2 other rooms occupied during our stay so it seemed we were expected to eat what was there before fresh food would be provided. Great shame and really not good enough for a hotel in this price range. We plan to return to Valletta but not to this hotel I'm afraid which is a shame because they could do so much much better.

    Amazing location and hotel!

    This review is long overdue! We went to Malta in July 2019 for our honeymoon and stayed here in the room Christabel. The room was beautiful and clean. Staff from front desk to housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful. They have this cute setup for breakfast downstairs with many options. The location of this hotel is great as its walking distance from everything. I will highly recommend this hotel. Overall amazing experience!

    High quality stay in Valletta

    The Coleridge hotel is located in a quiet area of Valletta, but still very close to several restaurants, bars and cafes. We stayed in the Fayette room, which has 2 private terraces. The terrace adjacent to the room consisted of outdoor furniture, for relaxation purposes. The top terrace includes a private hot tub, overlooking the Valletta skyline with views of Sliema and the sea. The water temperature was very warm, and the L'Occitane products added to the hot tub as it was the festive season was a nice touch. The room itself was very tastefully decorated. We preordered breakfast before our arrival, and inline with Covid regulations it was a la carte. Although it was a cold continental breakfast, there was an abundant choice of cold cuts, cheeses, bread, pastries, cereals and fruit. A glass of prosecco was also included. The breakfast was very much to our satisfaction. Staff were very professional and attentive. All in all, a very relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
