  Simply awful..

  Soggy old old salad 2 inch by 2 inch piece of lasagne served and duly sent back. Food and staff where terrible. Its many years from I ate here last and I can assure you I'll never be back. Just awful all round

  Don't stay here.

  Food wasn't good, bar closed at 10. The night portal stayed in the hall outside our room. They charged us an extra 100 pound for leaving 8 bottles in the rooms rubbish bin. There was three of us staying and it wasn't explained that we only needed one room. We had to pay for 3 rooms at an over priced rate. This inn should only be considered as a last resort.

  Creaky floorboards

  Stayed for one night in a ground floor room so had occupants above us. Could hear every step they took. Its a tired and over-priced roadside lodge. Not what we expected. Staff were pleasant and helpful and lots of free parking. Near to shops and pub/restaurant.

  Great food, rooms OK

  There isnt really any other accommodation options when it comes to Dungannon or Coalisland for larger groups, but the rooms were decently priced. Nothing luxurious but the restaurant was beautiful and the food was excellent. I just think the staff could take a few customer service lessons as I found their manner to let the place down. One receptionist bad mouthing another worker to me, waitresses in restaurant giving dirty looks when I arrived at 8:30pm - yes I know you want home girls but I arrived during opening hours. Felt like a complete burden at dinner and hoovering started before we had finished eating.

  Amazing place and wonderful staff

  My partner and l stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is extremely clean. It was right on the main road, making the access so easy, but you couldn't hear the traffic. Our room was large with tea and coffee making facilities. There were lovely snow white soft towels and bedding too. The towels were changed daily. There was plenty of piping hot water in the bathroom. The restaurant is lovely and beautifully decorated. The food is amazing, really fabulous. Breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were so very friendly, warm and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We didn't manage to get any staff names, except one. This fabulous lady is Martina. Martina always enquired if our stay was going well, she was so kind. She recommended places for us to visit, which we did visit. Martina is excellent in her role. Thankyouso much. We will definitely be back. We are looking forward to it already.
