  Very Nice Stay

  Weve stayed at the Cody many times. You can expect a clean hotel with fast and friendly service every time. They still have a hot breakfast sandwich to go despite the pandemic restrictions. The rooms are quiet and quaint. If you are going to Cody, this is a good pick.

  Top of the line hotel !

  Fantastic hotel ! We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, stylish, and very comfortable hotel. Everything was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, spacious room, and the lounge with fireplace downstairs. I highly recommend staying here !!

  Excellence in the face of a pandemic

  This is my 3rd time staying at the Cody Hotel, but my first time during a pandemic. (I had to visit the area for a time sensitive business issue.) Nothing felt different at the Cody Hotel, and indeed, they lived up to their outstanding reputation. The room was immaculate, bed super comfy, and - as I was traveling alone with my dog - I felt absolutely safe. They even had a breakfast sandwich hot and ready for me in the morning...it was better than many breakfasts I could get on the road!

  Wonderful Hotel Close to the East Entrance to Yellowstone with Mountain Views

  Conveniently located within an hour drive to the Yellowstone East entrance and a few hours drive to the Northeast entrance. Walk out the front door and you get a beautiful view of the mountains. Inside you're welcomed into a warm and cozy lodge lobby where a warm reception by both the fireplace and registration hosts await. There are all the amenities you'd expect and the rooms are well apportioned and modern. The bathrooms are spacious and the room has plenty of room to move around. You should request a west mountain view if you don't want a view of the shops and strip to the east. The hotel was offering a bagged hot breakfast option due to the Covid restrictions, and it was very good. If you are on your way west or spending some time in Cody this is a great place to stay. This is also a very convenient spot if you are coming from the East and visiting Yellowstone. You should also consider visitig the local Bureau of Land Management offices for an America the Beautiful pass to get into Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and other national parks - it's a great deal! Also highly recommended is the trip to the northeast entrance of Yellowstone via the Chief Joseph Scenic Byway and Beartooth Highway. The drive will take a few hours but is absolutely worth it!

  Great vacation!

  Had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the no Hassel checking. Even with this covid stuff they made you NOT feel like you were the plaque but were welcome and very happy to see you. Thanks to all of you at The Cody!
