  Excelente

  Ubicado al borde de las pistas, medios de elevacion super agiles. Las pistas para todos los niveles. Hay pistas incluso para la tarde/noche. Los servicios del hotel, spa, piletas, sauna, gym. Habitacion con cocina, lavaplatos, elementos para cocinar, servicio de delivery de los resto. Servicio de cuarto amable y eficiente. Teniamos un balcon con vista a las pistas y con un Hot tub en el balcon!. Asi que meterce al hot tub en el balcon, mientras nevaba fue excelente.

  The Cliff Club at Snowbird is a beautiful mountain area! The staff was helpful and professional. A lot of construction was being done. It appeared that careful cleaning was being addressed at this covid19 time. Our only concern was the rooftop pool area/ black scum ring around the pool and a lack of social distancing was not enforced. Unfortunately the adult visitors could not follow the signage... maybe they should have been asked to leave!

  Nice

  The view was amazing! The bathrooms are a little outdated but other then that the room was fantastic. The only reason not for the 5 stars was the fact that parking was horrible. The best staff interaction was with Ben, he is very friendly and helpful.

  Rude treatment unaddressed

  We love Snowbird and the Cliff Lodge. We have returned time and again and I even held a 300 person conference at the facility 20 years ago. I was very disappointed on my most recent trip to be treated very rudely by the manager on 12/22/20 in the Cliff Lodge rental shop. We rented 6 sets of skis and when we checked them out we noted that one pair was very hacked up and they shrugged it off like it didn't matter. However, when we returned the skis it matter to them and they charged for damages. When we explained the conversation about the condition when we checked them out the manager rudely stated "that is a stretch" and "don't give me that." Not a great way to treat a guest who is a regular and just spent another $12,000 plus at your resort! The front desk attendant was apologetic and said the general manager would get back to me. I never heard from the leadership.

  Fantastic Resort

  I stayed her in January. The location is beyond perfect. Had a studio unit with Jacuzzi on the balcony. Full kitchen which worked out great for a ski trip. The pool was perfect after a day on the slopes. There a ski lockers to keep everything you need ready to get to first chair.
