  Average but could be a lot better

  I stayed here for 5 days during my business visit Uganda. The approach road to the hotel is not the best as it is a bumpy 200 mt (approx) ride from the main road outside. The facade of the hotel is nice and pleasing giving the feeling of a quaint colonial house. The rooms are good and big enough. Bed is comfortable and sheets are clean. The bathroom is big with a separate shower area. The room features flat screen TV, refrigerator, coffee table with 2 chairs. Some rooms which are big enough also have a sofa with the coffee table. Room is carpeted from wall to wall and each bed side table has a copy of the Holy Bible! The hotel offers Wi-fi which is not the fastest I have used but the most annoying part about the wi-fi is that they have a daily password. Need to change it everyday post mid night. Certainly needs to be changed! They have an indoor swimming pool but i found it very unclean and small. The hotel also has a fairly large garden with tables set up for al fresco dinning. They have a 24 hour restaurant as well, which serves breakfast in the morning for the guest. The breakfast spread is good but once I found the bread to be stale. Need to check on the quality of the food that is being displayed! Overall a decent place for a business visit...

  NIce garden, very helpful staff

  Stayed here for two nights as it is a nice central location. It is clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and let us use the printer and computer to check in for our flights. If you are lucky there will be a meeting in the breakfast room and you will get to have breakfast outside. The menu in the restaurant is extensive and reasonably priced. We had to wait over an hour for our food (some of which was salad) but there were no issues with the quality when it arrived. I would stay here again.

  Great Service

  Friendly Staff and excelent service. They are very helpful and made me feel very welcome. I can recommend them and they are situated close to a major shopping mall. Great food and relaxing area that compliments them.

  Not immpressive

  The service at this hotel is so slow the were no where to be the seen the whole time I was here . After coming late they delayed with the change which was so annoying the neighbourhood is not that interesting though it's 10 minutes drive away from the city

  Great conference and accomodation services

  I found the staff very helpful and the service was quite fast. We used their conference facilities in March and they really did a good job catering to the demands of the young people we were hosting. The owner Deborah was also very involved in the whole process which was good, and meant that our response speed was amazing. The son also stepped in occassionally. The food was amazing and on time. The garden is pretty amazing too and we had BBQs there too!
