No smokingDont smoke anywhere they impose 15k pesos penalty. They should have clearly state it when checking in. With that high of penalty. Especially in the balcony whereyou can usually smoke. No smoking signages for specific places are nit stated. We have agreed on what room we should be getting months before and what floor at we didnt get what we want. Its been a month now since I have checked in but as of now I just want to make a review because im still upset for what happened, imagine paying penalty more than what cost almost 3 to 4 rooms. how would you feel?

3rd Time in Cirque3rd time to stay in Cirque, I like this place and even recommended to Colleagues! Just disappointed that we were wrongly charged during our last stay. were ok to pay for the softdrinks and water because we consumed them, also paid the broken glass. But they also charged us to pay a beer-in-can which we personally bought in a Robinsons Supermarket nearby! They insist that its from their bar when its not, why are we ok to pay for the rest but not the beer?? Because we know its not from their bar! If they just charged it as a corkage fee then its more acceptable to us. Still OK to stay in Cirque but please check this kind of stuff carefully next time.

1st StayThis was recommended to me by my brother because they stayed there many times. I enjoyed staying at The Cirque Residences especially the loft room. The receptionist are very accomodating. One problem for me is that they have a very slow internet the rest is fine with me. Thank you The Cirque Residences I really enjoyed my stay. Till my next staycation there.

Wedding PrepAll in all it was a great experience the staff were very corteous and helpful The place was very beautiful Perfect for wedding prep, Mahal lang ng orange juice sa mini bar worth it ang stay!!!

Worst place to stay ever!!! Never again!!! Consider yourself warnedFirst of all, knowing the pandemic of it all, I am very cautious and considerate in booking this. I first booked through Agoda and called the hotel to confirm if my booking went through. They said that they are not accepting third party bookings as per the moment and so instructed me to cancel my Agoda booking and instead, book directly with them. I obliged right away and booked with them directly by September. My intended booking was for Oct 23-25. I booked a 2 bedroom suite for 3 pax. The person I talked to was Jeo Aligomero. Even after booking with them, I know in myself that I have no fineprint in my hand to prove that my booking was in force because everything was done via phone call, thats why I made the effort to check with them week per week to make sure that my booking was fine, and to update myself with any unforseen changes or additional requirements that may be required. In that effort I already talked to 3 front desk personnels since they are working on a skeletal workforce. I confirmed my booking again and again with Jeo, Nicole, and Pia. I also submitted our guest information, health declaration and also our ID. Everything seems fine. BUT ON THE DAY OF COUR CHECK IN, I was just heading out to have lunch just a FEW HOURS BEFORE OUR CHECK IN. Van Reyes called me, apparently he is the front desk head, telling me that OUR BOOKING IS NOT VALID NOR PERMITTED BY THE MANAGEMENT. Imagine my fury. Who does that heartless and mindless thing of cancelling your booking when I have done more than my part of checking in on them every single week since September for any changes that may occur and on the day of our check in they will just call you to cancel you. I feel like they should not operate if they have inept staff! Do I need to talk to each and everyone hired in that hotel to confirm my booking??? And so my rage went on and on but this head officer insists that my booking is not valid because they allow 2 pax maximum per unit. And so he suggested that I book 2 units so that I can proceed with my plans and proceed with my day. But he also said that we three could stay in one unit and leave the other one unoccupied. I just had to pay a total of 11 thousand from my prior 9 thousand for this. And because I really need this and we already planned this, I went on booking it. BUT I REALLY FELT LIKE PINERAHAN LANG AKO DAHIL ALAM NAMAN PALA NYANG TATLO KAMI MAG SSTAY BAKIT NYA SASABIHING HINDI PWEDE PERO KUNG DALAWANG UNIT ANG IBBOOK KO KAHIT MAGSAMA SAMA PA KAMI SA ISANG UNIT BIGLANG PWEDE NA?? It doesnt make sense! THEY ARE INDEED CASH COWS. And just when I thought my headache was done, it did not end there. This SERVICED RESIDENCE only hired one man maintenance to service all their booked rooms, their front desk staff leaves earlier than 5pm and doesnt even answer to the phone, internet was very poor, all the security officers from the front desk to the parking are just displays because they do not know a single thing about assisting you. They are circling about who would know what to do and when you ask them about anything, THEY HAVE NO IDEA. LONG STORY SHORT, save yourself and spare your mental health from staying away from this very poor service hotel. ALL THEIR STAFF ARE MINDLESS, HEARTLESS AND YOU WOULDNT FEEL A BIT OF HOSPITALITY AT ALL. I just want my money back for that unoccupied room that I paid, and I want these staffs to be reprimanded for what they did to me. Not only was it traumatizing, but I wouldnt hope for my worst enemy to stay here ever.
