  Won't stay again

  Don't let the pictures fool ya.Rooms were dirty, had to have someone come clean them, our bathroom sink was leaking, rooms looked nothing like what I thought we were getting after we upgraded. Bathtub had hair all in it. Wouldn't recommend!

  A plastic feel of a hoteldevoid of charm and warmth

  If you expect to stay at a historic hotel in town, forget about the Cincinnatian. It is refurbished to look like out of an IKEA catalogue (only IKEA has more character than this place). The lobby with its bombastic mosaic, eerie framed picture, and seating arrangements is all out of synch and I inviting. No one in their right mind wants to hang out there, and no one is. The place feels lonely and abandoned, not unlike its neighbor across the street, the defunct Terrace Hotel. I knew this hotel before Hilton owned it and it had LIFE, with a restaurant, upper floor bar, live piano music, and energy. Now its just a skeleton of a hotel. Red Roof Inn has more charm and a warmer feel than the scratched white washed wood floors in the rooms. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

  Terrible

  We were here for a wedding weekend. Looking forward to spending some time downtown with family and friends. I cannot believe this is a Hilton hotel! "Dirty" does not begin to describe what we dealt with. See pics of our first room. My husband and I were laughing at how bad it was. No way an Air BnB would be like this! Then overnight we couldn't change the temp and the room was stuck on 74 degrees! We had them change our room in the morning. The next room was much cleaner and the thermostat worked. So there's that. The bartender recommended another bar. The front desk people were polite. The valet parking price was RIDICULOUS. park across the street and around the corner. You have to do better than this.

  Great service

  Had a nice stay. Staff was very helpful with check-in and anything I needed. Justin at valet had great recommendations for local places to go! Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cincinnati.

  Great visit!

  My wife and I had a great stay last weekend! Tim and Justin were particularly great. They were very friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations! Nakita at the front desk was also a delight. It's hard to imagine getting a warmer welcome.
