  camas terriblemente blandas

  Imposible dormir en esas camas, ideal para parejas de novios, porque son tan blandas que te quedas pegado en medio de la cama a tu pareja. La cama te queda con esta forma ( V ) y claro por mucho que intentes meterte de lado es como dormir en una colina... terminas cediendo y otra vez al medio, bien pegaditos.... y la mañana siguiente no comentar.. ah, está lejos de la estacion de tren y tambien del aeropuerto. estubimos 2 noches ( para ir y marchar de londres) y 2 parejas... de las 4 habitaciones que estubimos , las 4 con las mismas camas!!!!! por lo que todas deven ser igual!!! recomiendo otro hotel!!!

  el peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida

  Yo he viajado mucho, además por temas de trabajo también he pasado noches en hoteles que no tenían nada de especial. Nunca había llegado a un hotel y me había encontrado la cama sin hacer del cliente de la noche anterior, las toallas en el suelo y todo tan increíblemente viejo. El personal no sabía por donde le venían los problemas, llegué a las 11 de la noche y tardaron mas de una hora en venir a arreglar la habitación. Te cobran por todo, por el desayuno (£7 y es un desayuno normal tirando a malo) y hasta por el wifi q no llega a la tercera planta. En las habitaciones hay pestillitos q han sido arrancados y carteles de "por su seguridad eche el cerrojo". Además está al lado de una gasolinera y no hay quien duerma. Las cortinas son finísimas y en cuanto amanece te da todo el sol. Las paredes de papel y se oye todo. Vamos imposible dormir, sucio y nada profesional. Si lo que quieres es un hotel cerca del aeropuerto (no esta tan cerca) o en la ubicación adecuada... Busca otro, siempre será mejor.

  DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

  · This establishment is nothing more than a low key dowdy motel. It should not be listed on such sites as booking.com. The rooms were shabby , my first offering with no room lighting or curtains. My second a extremely sub standard offering. Shower head hanging from the wall. A dirty bath with no plug and a rotten side panel. The table lamp nothing more than a glass unit balanced on the table. The curtains were disgusting covered in white stains. The carpet stained and dirty. Emergency exit signs ripped from the door. No kettle or cups on allocation. The clientele appeared on face value to be the local homeless. Stale bread from local bakers offered in reception from a sack for the needy ! The worst establishment I have ever stayed in

  Absolutely terrible.

  Had the misfortune of staying here during the pandemic as key workers we thought it may be o.k. how wrong! Within 1 hour we was harassed by some Romanian guy who we saw assault numerous people and more bizarrely stroke some woman's hair. Six police officers removed him after a brief struggle but that was just the beginning. The hotel seems to be housing a lot of drug addicts and troubled people who didn't care about the coronavirus restrictions. Our company booked 6 rooms for 2nights but we left after 1night, the rooms were filthy and so to was the bathroom, in near 20years working away from home this place is the worst I've ever been. The pits.

  Shabby car park rip off.

  We flew to uk for one night to visit our new grandson and for some reason i dont now know why we booked here.. It was dark wet cold and pooring with rain when we arrived around 7.pm No luggage just us, so we checked in And then drove the 6 miles to my daughters to visit our new family mamber.. We got back to hotel around 1.am freezing room and no heating working. We bedded down and left at 6a.m for the airport.. A week after getting home i received a parking bill for £270.. I disputed with hotel as it was free parking and even so if you had to pay £50 an hour was a little steap.. Hotel explained it was not them but the parking control company.. I had not seen a sign in the car park in the dark pooring rain that said register at reception. And it was never mentioned to me at check in. I took my claim to the parking company but in the mean time rec,d another bill for£100. Now my parking for free has cost me £370. The hotel wants nothing to do with my case even though they contract the company.. After a further 5 emails the chilterns mnmnt refuse to reply to me.. I eventually had to pay a reduced sum To stop it going to court.. Customer service at its very very worst.. I.ll stick to premier im future. Hard financial lesson learnt.
