    un sitio perfecto sitio para estar en pareja

    The Chateaux es un sitio muy romantico, fuimos en una epoca de baja afluencia de turistas, lo que nos facilito tener un upgrade de habitacion, el studio que nos dieron fue sensacional tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto en un retiro de invierno. volveria siempre a este lugar a pasar vacaciones.

    Wonderful service

    A beautiful charming hotel located right outside the entrance to Deer Valley. It's not the most spectacular of hotels but it more than makes up for it with their friendly staff who are very attentive and eager to help. Breakfast is very good and you will love it for the first 2 days but more than that it gets a little repetitive. Rooms have gas fireplaces that get really hot. Free shuttle gets you into the main Park City downtown area which was really convenient (and will pick you up too).

    Best resort ive stayed at ever

    Im not sure where to even start. This was by the far the nicest resort I have ever stayed at. Prior to booking the room (I booked a deluxe studio), I had several questions and concerns that were immediately addressed by the resort manager Kaili. As this reservation was for valentines day weekend, I wanted to make sure I knew what I would be getting. Kaili took the time to walk over (the resort is pretty big) in the cold winter temps/snow, and take pictures of the two rooms that were going to be available at my time of arrival. She sent me a ton of pics and answered every single one of my 1 million questions. She was just beyond great and helped me plan everything i needed for a valentines day weekend with my girl. Upon arrival at the resort, guests can park in a covered, heated multi level garage which is FREE!! We checked in and the room was absolutely amazing. Modern appliances, comfortable robes, slippers, fireplaces... i could go on. Kaili was able to give us a room that had an adjoining master bedroom with a fireplace and master bath and I did not want to leave. We could have lived in this place forever. Direct TV with every channel. As this was valentines, I requested a rose petal turn down service and Kaili took care of it with ease. We arrived to a ton of rose petals in the shape of a heart on the bed and a ton of candles placed throughout the bedroom. THANK YOU KAILI and CHATEAUX STAFF. AN EXPERIENCE THAT WE WILL NEVER FORGET!!!

    Ski weekend.

    Traveling from the east coast for the first time skiing in Deer Valley. We could not have been happier with our stay. Fabulous mid mountain location. Staff is very attentive and will go above and beyond. Comfortable room with modern bathroom and everything required for a comfortable stay after a fabulous ski day. Lockers for our skis. Fireplaces in our room and lobby. Breakfast included and managing well with COVID to keep everyone happy and comfortable. Walk across the street to mid mountain lift. On demand shuttle into town. Highly recommend.

    Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! It is a true ski in ski out resort, including ski rentals and ski shop located right in the lobby. Hotel provided shuttle service to Downtown Park City and room was amazing - fireplace was an awesome feature. Breakfast is included and was great
