  Excellent Customer Service!

  I stayed in this hotel for best part of a week, as I was working in Blackpool. The hotel is clean, warm, comfortable and quiet, exactly what I need. I particularly liked the little touches, such as the shower heads, free fast Internet, etc. A fine breakfast was provided every morning, and was a good time to interact with other guests, and indeed, super friendly and attentive hosts Mathew and Michael, who couldn't have done any more to enhance their guests' stay there. When my train was delayed from Liverpool, Michael came to meet me at the station. I was in fact the last person out of the station, as my train (the last train) had been held up for 45 minutes at Liverpool due to the arrival of a police swat team storming the station to apprehend a youth with a knife, in amongst the trains! Mathew and Michael's local knowledge is invaluable if you haven't been to Blackpool for a while. This is a budget hotel, with superior service, and if/when I find myself in Blackpool again, I will rebook! Thanks again for a great week, all!

  Excellent

  I had to be in Blackpool for one night (for "work reasons" - I'm not a "business man") and so I was looking for something affordable, as I was paying out of my own pocket, but still good value for money - and the Cavendish did not disappoint. My en suite room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with electric sockets and USB charging points within easy reach of the bed. The cooked breakfast was absolutely superb, and the hosts were charming, friendly, and helpful. The Cavendish represents extremely good value for money: you'd pay a lot more to be 100 metres nearer the sea front. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you!

  Definitely again.

  Greeted at the door, invited in. Quick hello and drink, bags in the room, spruce up and out. The room was well equipped with adequate sockets and tea making, hangers for clothes, a hot shower and an extremely comfortable double bed. The breakfast was lovely just the right amount. The bar although small did however stock a surprising number of drinks. The Hotel was clean, smelt nice and comfortable, will be coming to stay again. I don't know what else you could want. Disregard any of the older negative reviews written before the new management took over.

  Excellent hosts

  We have had a lovely one night stay here and would definitely be visiting again. Matthew and Mike are excellent hosts. We were greeted with a refreshing brew on arriving and a friendly chat. Love the tram theme in the room which was comfy and clean with coffee and tea facilities. Lovely clean ensuite. Our breakfast was lovely and as first guests of the season our hosts presented us with a lovely bottle of wine. Have a great season this year Matt and Mike and you will see us again soon.   Wonderful stay

  Just returned for a 1 night stay with my family, to say we've stayed in a lot of B&B's over the years would be a slight understatement!! The Cavendish is the only one we will be returning to from now on! The hosts are utterly wonderful, had a lovely warm welcome and they even moved their car so we could park ours. The room was immaculate, warm, spacious and the beds are another story.......... the comfiest beds we have ever slept on whilst away from home!! My 8 year old was reluctant to leave the bed for breakfast! Plenty of tea, coffee, milk and towels in the room but we were informed if we needed anything else, to text the owners private number with what we needed and it would be dropped off outside our room to ensure social distsncing. Needless to say we never ran out of a thing!! Breakfast was served at 9am, Matt made sure we never ran out of tea, coffee or toast while Mike cooked up a storm in the kitchen. Kids had cereal before the cooked breakfast which was delicious, not a grease mark in sight! I was impressed that care was taken to ask about my youngest child (almost 2) and what he would/could eat for breakfast, his even arrived cut up for him. We asked for extra toast and tea and again, it was never any problem. We all left with full tummies. We really loved our stay and will be back time and time again. If you're looking for a super clean, comfortable, welcoming and safe place to stay in Blackpool, this is the place to go!! Thank you guys!
