  Unhelpful and rude!!

  Tried to cancel this booking over a month in advance cause I was poorly and wouldnt be able to go and got messed around by them. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with!! Rude, unhelpful and they lied to me. They had the cheek to call me on the day of the booking, knowing full well I had already tried to cancelled, asking me what time I was getting there. Explained again I had already tried to cancelled, they then claimed I needed to give them 24 hours notice. Heard someone talking in background who was also rude. He even hung on me mid conversation. Wasn't willing to listen to anything. Wont be booking there again!! Not one I would recommend. 0/10

  Fantastic stay

  I stayed here last night as a layover stay for work, the hotel is just a short walk from Blackpool pleasure beach rail station and not far from the sea front. On entering the lobby is clean and fresh and obviously newly decorated, the staff are friendly and efficient a quick and easy check-in I had to request a overnight key for the door as I didn't return after work until 2.30am the room key also opened the front door 24hours a day so nice and easy no messing around. The room I had was clean and tidy a lovely size newly decorated with a comfy bed, separate room with a sink in and a separate bathroom, I had a nice peaceful sleep in a comfy bed with nice clean fresh bedding. Unfortunately breakfast isn't inclucdue to covid19 but there are enough places within walking distance. Highly recommend and no doubt will stay again when in the area again

  Great Location and Staff

  Me and my husband came to Blackpool for a 2 night staycation. We found this hotel on booking.com and it was very reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly, especially Shaz who we met on reception and explained everything to us and recommended places for us to go. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to Covid but there are plenty of places to eat close by. There is no car park but free parking on the road in front of the hotel and also on a side road which I was surprised about. It does get very busy though so once you find a spot, I wouldnt recommend you move it. We were lucky to find a space on the front and didnt have to move at all during our stay as the hotel is located towards the South of the beach, towards the end, close enough to be able to walk to the pleasure beach or take the tram to central/north which was perfect!! Having a key card that opened the main entrance as well as the room was very very convenient, especially as we are late eaters and often there wasnt anyone on reception at the time we left/returned. Would highly recommend a stay here and its definitely somewhere we will be booking next time we visit

  omg where do i start the best hotel in this universe!! bed was so comfy and tv was huge!! if you are looking for a good hotel i highly recomend here it should be nonimated for best hotel of the year will be going again!

  Wonderful - well done!

  In current COVID-19 times there isnt much to smile about. We stayed as a family of 4 (kids aged 6 and aged 3) for 2 nights to see the illuminations and get a break from it all. We had a lovely stay and Shaz on the reception desk was great. Very friendly and the kids loved him. The hotel has taken great steps to ensure the safety of its guests and even though breakfast and the bar was out of bounds during these times, this didnt dampen our stay and we fully appreciated the precautions the hotel had taken. Well done Shaz, well be back. Blackpool is a family favourite and were so pleased to have just discovered this little gem of a hotel with a room that worked so well for our family of 4. Stay safe and thank you for a very pleasant stay!
