  One night stay

  Our first rooms bathroom was dirty; hair in the tub and toilet and toilet seat not clean. They did move us to a upgraded room unfortunately the toilet was dirty pubic hair and dried crap, the shower also still had pubic hair on the walls, the towels had hair still on then, other than that the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

  Great time!

  I stayed at the Carlton to visit my local family there. Terry, at the front desk, was so welcoming to us! She was so nice to us our entire stay. I felt like I was home during my 2 night stay. Terry went above and beyond being nice to my grandchildren! Breakfast was great! The lady taking care of that area was nice and continuously cleaning. The pool was fantastic! My only negatives would be that the outdoor entrances in the back of the building needs to be cleaned up and maintained better. The courtyard is very nice but it definitely needs to be weeded and maybe new mulch? I definitely will be staying there again!

  Even though we had reserved our room the previous week in person with credit card approved This person b did nothing but give us a hard time when we tried to check in. She is not fit for this job We will NEVER stay at your hotel again and will discourage anyone else because of Kim

  Despicable manager

  Marvin the manager made false allegations of my family then persisted there would be an investigation done. Preposterous. I'm disgusted the nerve of this manager!!! Will be filing a corporate complaint with BBB and company.

  Nice stay

  The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and the best part was their continental breakfast! They add fresh warm eggs and sausages, a variety of fruits and juices and cereal, bagels and yogurt! Would stay here again.
