  Hotel Boutique en serio !

  Un Hotel Moderno pero en una casona antigua, con un bar- living en PB muy bien decorado y atendido. Un jardín muy cuidado y un personal en recepción super capacitado. Se nota que ha sido reformado el hotel. Gracias Broadway.

  Broadway hotel..

  Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel... Staff were absolutely fantastic.. Place was spotless and were incredibly careful with all the covid business going on... It was an absolute pleasure to stay there and will definitely be back..

  Well Done Broadway Hotel

  We had a much needed night out on Saturday and had a wonderful time due to the thoughtful and friendly staff at the hotel. We sat outside, comfortable as we were sat by a heater. The staff excelled in their roles. From start to finish we felt safe and well looked after. It was wonderful to meet our loved ones and relax in a warm. safe and comfortable environment. The cocktails, were as usual fantastic, the food was wonderful.

  All we wanted was a coffee and some drinks outside

  We visited Broadway two evenings ago and had a lovely time. I suggested we go and have a drink in the marque outside the Broadway hotel as we have stayed there many times over the years. We stood by the sign saying please wait to be seated. A man in a short dark coat called to us to wait, he carried on wiping a table then disappeared only to return with a tablet. We explained that we just wanted some drinks and a coffee to with he explained that they were fully booked and couldnt accommodate up (there we two tables occupied! I questioned this saying we would be long and he just turned us down flat. We went across the road to the Lygon and ended up having dinner as they looked after us so well. The Broadway needs to train its staff better as you lost a great deal of money had you taken us in. In these times i am surprised any hotel can afford to turn people away. We could see the marque from our table and it remained pretty empty all evening. Wont be crossing their door anytime soon.

  LOVELY HOTEL, BUT VERY THIN WALLS...SHUSH!!

  We stayed here for the weekend last summer, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, except for the fact that our bedroom had waffurr thin walls!! We could hear the neighbours tv until half past never! Apart from the fact we couldnt enjoy what we came for....sleep, the rest of the stay was first class. Polite staff, excellent food, and a prime location.
