  la mejor opcion en Columbia

  Un buen hotel en Columbia para pasar unos días limpio y ordenado le falta pileta... tiene internet gratis y el desayuno es excelente !! Esta ubicado en pleno centro por lo que permite salir a caminar y recorrer un poco para conocer es un lugar tipico de películas

  perfect location, service

  Great hotel! Felt very comfortable with location, staff, services, amenities. Highly recommend for hotel and rooftop bar and dining. Nice downtown walking area. Comfortable room. All the touches for a one-stop stay.

  Great central location

  My wife and I went to Columbia for a business trip/mini vacation. This hotel has a great central location in downtown Columbia. They have a good hotel restaurant and a great roof top bar/lounge. If we are ever back in Columbia, MO, we will be sure to stay here!

  Care for others

  I am a regular at this hotel. But tonight I saw above and beyond the usual great experience I have there. On the rooftop bar during COVID they were taking the usual precautions but one young lady very drunk was roaming and not taking precautions. They asked her to return to her seat. She had difficulty and I approached her. The manager came and they ended up assisting and paying for this young lady to get home safely. My server stated her safety is our priority . This is a college town and the care they took for this young lady was exceptional. I have never had a bad experience but this one was above and beyond.

  Top Notch from top to bottom

  I travel extensively, and actually appraise hotels for a living on a national basis (I was not in Columbia to appraise this hotel). I felt compelled to speak with the manager the morning of my departure to personally let her know that I cannot recall having a better experience at a hotel ever. From the moment I walked in each and every employee was pleasant and helpful, in a very genuine manner. I arrived late and the bar and restaurant were 30 minutes from close, and I never felt rushed, was completely accommodated and left extraordinarily stratified and happy. As I dumped my suitcase in an attempt to get dinner before close, I was just now getting a good look at my room as I took my dinner up to go. The room and bath were very clean, and all very well appointed. As I left the next morning I received the very same greetings from all employees that I cam into contact with. I put my bags in my car, and returned to speak with the manager (which I never do), to let her know what an incredible stay I had and how proud she should be of her staff, right down to someone in maintenance that told me on my way out that he was sorry I was leaving so soon. I spend 65-75 nights a year in hotels, and have never had such a pleasant stay. I don't go to Columbia hardly ever, but my stay would prompt me to return simply to have that experience again. If there were a "six-star" option this hotel would have my full endorsement.
