Ok if you don't expect muchThere's not much to say about this "hotel". Basicaly the "hotel" for backpackers, who don't expect much from the accomodation - related to cleanliness, quietness and hospitality. We travelled as a group of friends ( few couples included ). Eventhough our names were recorded as first, we got the room as last, which would be fine, unless the "manager" realised, that he wrongly counted people and asked us to change the room with another 3 girls. There was no problem to switch the rooms, but we ended up in different building, about 200m away ( and away from the rest of group ), in some basement "room" under reconstruction and with windows blinded by A/C units. When I refused to stay here ( if nothing else, in case of fire there would be no change to get out from there ), we've been told there's no other room. I had to be more strict, so at the end they gave us the room in another building ( still away from the rest of our party ), but at least in 1st floor and the room was not under reconstruction at first sight. Anyway the sleepless night continued, since the windows leading to the street, which is busy during whole night ( turkish people love to use the horns anytime ), are leaking. We've been promised by the receptionist/manager(?? ), who accomodated us first night, that we'll get the room in the same building as the rest of our group next day. Next morning, when we requested the room move, the new reception personel told us, that his manager never promised us to get the new room and they don't have any space for us. The behaviour of the staff was extremely rude, unfriendly and unpleasant. But else to expect from such a place? On the other hand, the breakfast ( even though in different building ) was quite fine, if you consider the place you're staying in. Wifi was free ( code is written on the room key ). The location is not bad, almost all streets around are full of kebab restaurants/kiosks, close to the bridge, but wouldn't stay here again at all.

If you want something cheap, it's okMy friends booked this hotel for the view over the bridge, but when we got there the only view was the wall of the building next you :) the pictures from their website are not the same with reality. As I've said, if you need something cheap, this will do.

Stay awayThis hotel and the staff cannot be trusted. Not only are the rooms unclean and the extremely cold on a winter night (they keep the windows open all day before guests take the room) but they claim to give you a room in the main building then force you to stay in the older building next door where the rooms Are not clean. Then after finding this out and refusing to stay, he deliberately lies and claims I will get a refund "on Monday" only to find out a week later that he will not give it to me and that I can go to the police. Do Not stay at this hotel or be fooled by the low prices. I had recommended this hotel to friends because I believed the neighborhood is nice but there are much cleaner and trustworthy places to stay in ortakoy than this place. This experience ruined my trip to Istanbul coming from the US.

Quedamos contentos.

Small and cozy hotel in a chic neighbourhoodThe hotel is 300 meters away from the bosphorus bridge and next to the bus station. The rooms are clean and large .The breakfast is avarage but for such a price accaptable. For my nest trip i will choose this hotel again.
