    Terrible hotel that rips people off.

    I booked a room for my girlfriend for her birthday a week in advance, gave authorization for them to charge my card so she could just show up and get her room key, she gets there about 2:45am while I'm sleeping obviously since the room[ that was already paid for] didnt have her name on it, it was my name because that's the name on my card so obviously that's what's going to happen, they refused to give her the key wouldnt let her in at all, then put it down as a no show while she was there arguing with them for over an hour, charged my card and are refusing a refund now, horrible customer service, extremely rude, and very unprofessional. Do yourself a huge favor and never stay there unless you like being treated like dirt. Worst hotel ever.

    If you need a hotel DO NOT STAY HERE! The reviews are TRUE!

    This is one of the worst hotel experiences of my life and we travel a lot. I called the hotel to book a room. I booked a double queen room. I decided that after reading the reviews to book some where else. So I called the hotel and canceled the room. The desk clerk asked for my name and said that I could not cancel my room over the phone and that I had to cancel online and that I could not have made the reservation over the phone. I told the clerk that I did just that and spoke to someone and they made the reservation for which I had an email confirmation. He then said he would cancel my reservation. I had a bad feeling about the cancellation and called one more time the clerk said the same thing that my room was canceled. We leave Boise and then on Friday we get charged for a no show. This is where the trouble began. I tried to talk to the Manager and kept getting different times of when they worked. Then the desk clerk said I could only cancel on-line. Their own policy on the reservation states that a cancel can be on-line or with the hotel directly. The manager said I would need to call the national choice hotel line. I asked for the number. His response find it on their website. I called their number and they said they would have to call the manager a person that they never could reach. They would not refund my money. Again go somewhere else, The desk clerk and manager are unscrupulous. I will never book with this hotel again or any within this chain!

    You get what you pay for

    It would have been fine for one night, but 3 nights was two too many! I understand not changing the linens every day, but make the bed. When towels are on the bathroom floor, that doesn't mean push them aside...bring clean towels and remove the dirty ones! The MOLD on the shower tiles is unacceptable, FYI.

    Trashy Hotel

    I just stayed at this Econo Lodge at Boise Airport and it topped my list for the worst hotel stay. AC not working properly, no Ice bucket, mold in shower, cig burns on bathroom counter top, no wash cloths, carpet dirty and stains all over the walls. Missing and parched wallpaper everywhere. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor and toilet plungers laying next to it - WOW! Bums hanging around outside looking for who knows what. This place would be better off closed, no joke! Staff needs to be kicked out like the bums do. Stay elsewhere they will be closed soon, once they get inspected.

    Disgusting and dishonest

    Stayed at this hotel 2 nights and had already made another reservation for the future before staying. This was DISGUSTING. stained bedding and floors, Dirty tub, stained walls, drawings all over the walls, water damage and wallpaper coming off. Smelled bad. ... the hallways were in the same condition. Breakfast was advertised but not available. When I tried to contact to cancel the next reservation, I was given the run around by their customer service though email for 2 WEEKS. then when I started making calls it was 4 hours of being sent back and forth. Finally I called my credit card company to Just dispute it. They called the hotel for me and Nick reported that he would refund me. Once the card company got off the line, he LIED that I had no reservation at all and must have already been refunded. After learning that was not true, I called their customer service again to explain what happened and they told me they called nicks manager Peter who told them he would not refund me. 5 minutes later I called my card company because I had been charged after being told my nick I was refunded, and I had already paid for a different room because of that. When they called the hotel they were told that Peter wasnt there that day now (LIE 2) So we attempted to dispute previous stay since it was gross and not as advertised, we couldnt because again, Peter was suddenly gone and they had no record of my previous reservation (3 weeks prior) (LIE).
