  Comfortable Room with a Great Outlook.

  We stayed in a Studio with ocean view. Room has a sunny northerly outlook with huge windows looking out across the bay and onwards across the town. Room was well equipped, spacious with a comfortable king bed, when we stayed (not sure if this is still case). It is a very quiet location. Staff were helpful and and obliging. Room is via stairs one floor above car park There are plenty of walks nearby, with a few steep hills for some exercise . Our second visit, and won't be our last.

  Blissful views and location

  I have stayed at the Bluff resort apartments 3 times in the past 2 months. (I enjoyed it so much I kept returning). Location - fantastic for views and tranquility. It's set away from the main road, the bustle of Victor Harbour, and has the Bluff behind it. It's a easy flat 10-15 minute walk along the beach front to the closest shop and a couple of restaurants. Whalers Restaurant is right in front and has beautiful food. Amenities - Fully stocked kitchen/kitchenettes (depending if you stay in an apartment or studio suite. Great bathrooms, and very comfortable couches, beds and dining area. A huge plus for the apartments is the terrace on which you can relax the afternoon or evening away enjoying the views. My apartments had outside retractable awnings to provide shade in the heat of the day. Service - I can't compliment the staff enough. Really friendly, helpful and accommodating. I cannot fault their service. Value for money - Excellent. It's now my 'go to' accommodation in the Victor Harbour region.

  Nice comfortable stay but..

  Comfortable and clean room. Studio room with no view and defiantly had no view. No balcony and couldnt even open windows for breeze. Could hear people above our room most of the nights. Every footstep. Good service. Would stay again but would have to get one of the front rooms with a view and balcony.

  Great Location and Views

  We were in an ocean view room elevated and at the closest end to the road, there was minimal road noise as the area is very quiet so no need to worry about noise. Very clean and tidy, rooms possibly recently renovated. The cafe below had limited opening hours so we werent able to use it, we would have if the hours were more convenient, we had used the cafe on past visits and found it very good. Undercover parking for studio and apartments and in the open parking for the motel units. I dont think the motel units would have a view so be careful booking these if you want a view. We would definitely go again. This was about our 4th stay here.

  Terrible

  Place is noisy . Mattress was that bad I couldnt sleep . I am disgusted with the room quality and now Im starting to think the reviews are faked. On entrance I was greeted by a broken shower and a poor mattress with roughly 1-2mm of padding from the springs underneath . And a broken shower door on top the place feeling filthy and making it seem like were staying in the
