  Amazing hotel

  We stayed here from 25th Oct to 1st Nov. We cannot fault the hotel whatsoever, the hotel staff were really friendly always and couldnt do enough for you. When we arrived on the first night we were placed in the wrong room and the manager Nicos Came and spoke to us and promised that the next morning we would be moved to our pool view room. He kept his promise and the next morning we switched rooms and as you can see from the pictures it was simply stunning. You could see the pool and the sea it was an amazing view to wake up to everyday. The maids cleaned our room perfectly everyday and every member of staff made the hotel Covid friendly with constant cleaning All of the time. The hotel is close to all shops, bars and the beach with them all being literally around the corner. We got a bus to Nissi beach one day it took around 45 mins and only cost 1.50 the alternative was a taxi costing 16 each way. (No brainer) I have visited Cyprus 4 times now and the previous 3 times I stayed in Ayia napa I have never stayed in Protaras before but it is definitely the spot for a relaxing holiday if you dont want anything too loud. There is also a beautiful chapel at the top of a mountain that is a MUST see it is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel we visited twice. The bar and restaurant manager was super super helpful he always greeted us and came and sat and spoke to us when we can down for food. Everyone at this hotel was amazing and Nicos was super friendly he definitely has this hotel running perfectly. We will defo be visiting this hotel again. From Sian & Sabrina.   A top quality hotel with the nicest staff weve come across

  This is our second stay at the Blue Ivy and once again it did not disappoint. We stayed in Room 306, which is a good size family room. Room was new, spotlessly clean and practical. We stayed half board and due to covid, evening meal was a la carte instead of buffet. The food was beautiful. Completely different every day, but every meal we had was top quality and delicious. What really sets this hotel apart from all the others is the warm and friendly restaurant staff. We were made to feel genuinely welcome every single day, nothing is too much trouble and they went above and beyond to cater for our toddler. It made a huge difference. We will be back next year, all being well. I cannot recommend it enough!!

  Amazing hotel with fantastic staff!

  We stayed in room 315 and 317 from 23-10-20 - 30-10-20 (sadly we had to leave 2 days early to avoid the quarantine after we lost the travel corridor) but we will be back! The hotel is in a fantastic location 2 mins walk to the beach, watersports and boat trips and only 2 mins from the protaras strip with shops, bars and restaurants. We stayed bed and breakfast so unfortunately never got chance to try the hotel restaurant but all the guests we spoke to said how amazing the food was. From the moment we arrived we received a very warm welcome and a very nice gentleman quickly took our suitcases of us and brought them to our room. Nikolais in the bar in the evening is 5 star in his service and knows exactly how to make a great cocktail or two. The rooms were exceptionally clean as was all the facilities around the hotel communal areas, with the rooms cleaned daily providing fresh towels for a shower and the pool area. Breakfast has a huge selection and was very tasty. Apologise I cannot remember the names of the ladies at breakfast but they were so friendly and attentive and one of the ladies brought my daughter who was 11 a different coffee to try each morning which she loved. The hotel management were always visible and checking in on how your stay was going. We have been coming to Cyprus for 28 years to family run apartments in penera, so were a little bit nervous about coming to a hotel and loosing that special connection and interaction we always received in apartments but we were not disappointed and look forward to returning next year! Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about visiting protaras perfect for families and couples.

  we stayed in room 219 on 27th sept for 14 days, the hotel is spotless with the most friendly and welcoming staff. breakfast delicious, and location perfect for us. cant wait to return in 2021. mrs Hodgson, north east England

  My cousin and I were delighted with every aspect of this fantastic hotel. Our room, 230, had the BEST sea and pool view. It was stylish and comfortable. The hotel was immaculately clean with excellent facilities and the staff were lovely- professional but friendly, efficient and helpful. The evening meals were top restaurant quality and the breakfast range was huge with fresh platters being served until close. Finally great location- near to sea and strip but quiet. I would love to return soon and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
