  complete staff failure

  This hotel looks good....its fairly new but its a chronic failure, especially for farangs or people with children. We booked a twin... and got a double! I asked after seeing the room where is our twin and got the usual can not no hab! This gets tiring...if you cant have some English speaking staff then get out of the industry. We booked a twin because of our very active 13 month old. After 10 minutes the staff got a person staying at the hotel to come. inter translation attempted to blame me for the problem except after viewing the booking. Then I was blamed again for arriving so late! So I gave up and slept on the floor only to be woken up by someone who just entered the room and threw a duvee and extra pillow on the floor! On leaving we were asked to sit down... expecting an apology the reception sent someone to the room to check? check what, I handed back the bag with the ac remote, tv remote and elec key....there is no mini bar.... what am i a towel thief now? ... Disgusted, dont bother staying here. This is a group hotel from what i know..if so then its an even bigger fail.

  Clean, reasonable price and near the Airport

  Reasonable price, just 590 baht per night. Room is clean and free wifi.Staffs are friendly and helpful.There are 2 bottles water and 2 coffee cups for guest compliments. Also parking and key card system.just 7 minutes to Loei airport. I recommend !

  New clean hotel nearby bus station and airport

  The staff is really friendly and are going out of there way to provide the best service. I am happily surprised, by it. It is not so much for people who want to visit the city, but it is close to the bus station and airport.

  Real Bliss

  Mature budget experienced travellers. Bliss excellent value. Clean efficient real hot shower quality comfortable small hotel. No English but try extra hard. Fifteen minute walk bus station or Big C. Highly recommend.

  A bit overpriced. Really, really isolated

  The hotel is new as I expected but the inside looked a bit kitsch-ish. Dark and gloomy with those weird decorations preference. The hotel offers parking spaces but there was no personnel to tend the parking space so the space was really an up-to-you parking lot. As it is also a shared-property, providing the space for monthly-rent dormitory and hotel, the number of parking spaces were just limited. The hotel charged me 1-month prior in full even though it was stated in booking site that I could pay later. The room was relatively new but there was nothing in the room. It was cramped and there was no table, luggage holders of any sorts. The cloth-hanging rack was really cheap and shoddy. We had paid nearly a thousand baht for the room (for a high-season price perhaps) and there was nothing comfortable for the room. So few with such a very high price. You will not go anywhere if you are staying here without your own transportation. It is far from city centre, far from the closest 7-eleven, and really far from everything. The entrance was dark and desolated. Air-con was not working well. Anyway the hotel offers a hearty breakfast with a few choices of meal but you will have to place the order a night before so that the hotel could prepare you a meal at the time you informed them. An average piece of building I might say. With this price I paid and the isolation, I recommend a higher price hotel with more facilities and closer to great attractions more.
