  Excellent place to enjoy and party

  We celebrated birthday party there, nice and clean place, Sea view, nice pool, courteous staff, non-expensive. Food quality was excellent, we ordered vegetarian. We played games at Sea side as well as in swimming pool. It has a nice restaurant and party hall also.

  Relaxing getaway for weekend

  Great ambience, not too crowded. Beach - nothing to mention about. We reached there by about 9am, with plan for relaxing for half a day. Front desk was helpful, those who don't have room have to pay TZS 7,000 for using facilities. Pool is clean. We went and sat in shaded sit-outs, had a walk on the beach - not clean enough to be going for a dip. Had snacks & martini, relaxed some more and returned.

  Hotel is located northern to Dar es selam and 30km to airport. We have been here because it was closer to" plant that we planned to work. Area is calm, quite and hotel has a basic pool and nice beach. Food, cleaning was ok. Stuff was helpful and polite. Hotel doesn't offer amenities. Room was large enough and has a balcony but was quite dark, actually whole hotel was dark. Hotel offers free wifi but speed is quite low.

  Good location for North of Dar - a bit tired round the edges!

  We stayed here with a large group for two nights in August 2018. Location is great, especially if you are planning a trip to Mbudya Island - which the hotel can arrange. We enjoyed our stay and the manager was helpful. This hotel has big potential - it could be a really nice venue - but it needs some money spent on it! I guess you do get what you pay for and this is one of the cheaper hotels in North Beach, which is why we went for it. However it is tired! I didn't see a light fitting where one or more of the bulbs wasn't working! The metal swimming pool steps had the metal frames - but no actual steps! There was a plank of wood missing from the steps leading up to the wooden banda. These are simple things to fix and not that costly, so why are they not being fixed? The buildings could do with a fresh coat of paint, and the bathrooms definitely need updating. And for some reason, the waiters and bar tenders didn't seem as though they knew what they were doing! It's a shame that maintenance is lacking as this could be a great hotel with a little more care and attention.

  Never again.!!!!!

  My first night I changed in a nother hotel room, because it was to dirty and damaged. The internet was not working.!!!! The the second day I got a nother room, guess what only hot water, the water was not running good so there where muskito's everywhere. I know there are muskito's, but it was like a nest. You can't pay with cards.!!!!!!!! Staff keep on saying I am sorry I a sorry.!!!!!! 2 really bad night there, this hotel is not worthted a star. Pay the extra money and go and stay somewhere else. Can't believe booking .com is selling this. Never had a experience like this before. It was really bad.!!!!!!
