  Simply excellent

  Stayed here for 3 nights in September 2020. All Co-vid precautions rigidly adhered to but done with a smile. Our room was lovely and well equipped to a high standard. The home made flapjack on arrival was well received after our journey! Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The crowning glory was the breakfast :-) With the friendly touch much better than staying in a hotel. Location is good to see north Norfolk coast. Do book ahead for the local pubs as currently due to the situation they only have limited capacity.

  Weekend Away

  Beautiful place to stay. Made us feel so relaxed. Just outside Cromer so easy to get everywhere. Lovely couple who run the Barns. Breakfast perfect. Would definately return. And recommend to others.

  Fabulous b&b, a wonderful weekend.

  We stayed just after lockdown had lifted and this was our second visit. The Barns is such a beautiful place to stay and so comfy, friendly and welcoming. Room 1 is beautiful with a super amazing, massive bed and a really lovely bathroom. It's all beautifully furnished and decorated. Breakfast (full English) was delicious, cooked fresh to order using locally sourced ingredients. Communication was brilliant following cancellation and rebooking over the summer with virus lead shutdown but we were finally able to travel with the lifting of lockdown. Despite Covid19, Tony and Amanda have made a successful transition incorporating social distancing and safety measures throughout the property. We love staying here. Thanks for a great weekend and we will be back!!

  Relaxing Auntum break!

  What a wonderful find. Lovely clean comfortable rooms. Felt very safe in these unprecedented times. Lots of extra touches, including flapjacks on arrival. Lovely welcoming hosts. Breakfast- delicious! We would definitely recommend as a base to explore the area. Excellent location. Thank you for a relaxing few days away from it all. We'll be back! Sarah and Jez

  Really enjoyed our stay.

  Thank you for a lovely stay. The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. Your breakfast was lovely (not too keen on the orange flavouring in the fresh fruit, but this is my personal taste). The breakfast room is lovely. The shower, towels and bottles of soap, shampoo and body wash are great. The umbrella by the door is a lovely touch as we did need to use it.
