  Ideal para descansar y relajarse. Absolutamente perfecto. Las villas. el servicio, las instalaciones son inmejorables. Las cuevas increíbles. Es como estar en otro mundo desde que entras por primera vez.

  Si quieres relax este es tu sitio

  El entorno es paradisiaco. Unas Villas con piscina y yacuzi impresionantes. Lagos naturales, la sauna es una cueva natural con vapor volcánico. Otra cueva para el restaurante, otra para relax. Un rincón para el relax. Solo un poco mejorable la comida fuera del restaurante.

  Overpriced resort

  Read the many excellent reviews and went there with high expectations. The huge price tag compounded the expectations. Stayed 2 nights at the garden villa. There were areas of excellence with equally many areas falling below expectations. These are summarised below: Excellent 1. The tranquility of the retreat among the natural setting...limestone hills, trees, stream, etc. Low density too. 2. The natural hotspring, both in the private villa and in the lake. The private jaccuzi with warm hotspring water and the individual hotspring pots beside the lake are amazing and the real selling point. 3. The spacious and comfortable garden villa with swimming pool, jaccuzi and open air lounge. Relaxing and can spend the whole day without leaving. However the occassional mosquito bites and big black ants can be a nuisance. Insect repellent spray available. Good 1. The staff are generally hospitable and friendly. However the staff at Pomelo cafe need to be more alert and their communication skills need improvement. During breakfast, tables are not cleaned effectively, orders taken incorrectly and command of English is poor. Brewed black coffee was delivered instead of capuccino, cutlery given was incomplete and communication was a problem . Fortunately, there was one staff who stood above the rest, Veron. He was so cheerful, enthusiastic and friendly. He drove the buggy and is an excellent ambassador for the retreat. 2. Gym, skybar n Jeff Cellar Decent equipment at the gym and good view from the low skybar. As for Jeff Cellar, we could not get a booking as advance booking is required, at least 2-3 days. At Rm595 per person for set dinner excluding drinks, this was way too expensive anyway. 3. Ample covered car parks appreciated. Average 1. Pomelo Cafe The ala carte breakfast presentation was good but generally taste blend. Roti canai was tasteless, nasi lemak prawns were not fresh and service found wanting. The pricing for lunch and dinner is too expensive. 2. Interrupted sleep The noise from the flow of hotspring water in the middle of the night can be unbearable I believe the flow is under the outdoor lazy chairs next to swimming pool. Constant sound of flushing water and topping up. 3. Wrongly charged for consumption of in house bar items. Although reversed, it is quite upsetting, for a stay at a pricey resort. Generally we had a good comfortable stay with the hotspring and tranquility setting the main selling point. But for the pricey accomodation, drinks and average food and the high expectation, the rating is at best 3.5 star.

  Rewards to self or partner

  Good hospitality. Perfect room. bit pricey but exclusive. I'm staying for 2 nights only. with my husband and he is really happy because he like nature and this place give lots of inspiration and relaxing to him. will consider to stay here again in future.

  Amazing!

  Wonderful experienced ever. Totally stunning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The view and the villas was outstanding. I feel its the worth of every single penny u paid. Surely will come again. Hats off again to all the staff who worked that day of our stay.
