    I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the food at this place was. Its really good for families and sharing. Everything that we ordered is delicious! Very Good service very clean sorroundings.. The staff were also very friendly and nice. Very attentive to our needs. I can say that they were really properly trained. Thank you Ivan Sacro who is assigned to assist us is commendable. Thank you also for recommending dishes to us. Everything was just amazing! The price was very reasonable too. Overall a great dinning experience

    Remarkable Service

    Stayed here for mandatory quarantine with my daughter. Well assisted from check in to check out. The room was clean and well-maintained. Very accommodating staff. Service in this hotel is beyond excellent. They assist guests with great safety measures and the food served was amazing! I would like to thank Sir Ivan and Sir Jaypee especially, for they were willing to take that extra mile to assure guest satisfaction. An extremely great asset in this hotel. Thank you B hotel! We felt secure and gave us peace of mind especially during this uncertainty and challenging times that we're facing. We'll definitely choose to stay here in the future. Highly recommended!

    Really nice hotel but with few comments

    Well after hearing a lot of really good reviews about this hotel, I personally try to stay here for quarantine purposes. Staffs are really accommodating specially the receptionist named Ella, she immediately response with all my request from my inquiry until I check out. Hotel room is quite spacious and housekeeping staff named James is very patient sending my requests. Packed meals are so-so because the quantity and quality of the food there are not consistent. But I will still consider to recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

    Great Service During Quarantine Period

    I stayed in B hotel alabang during my required 7days quarantine. Staff were friendly and addresses your request promptly. Great service, food and nice hotel to stay. View was great, good food. Will stay again.

    This is a late review, but still wanted to say what a wonderful hotel B Hotel is. The service we receive every time we would be there in the past, whether staying in, or just dining, is impeccable. Kudos as well to their GM, Glennis Narciso. She is the best!
