  Don't believe what you see online.

  The room itself was clean. Dishes were dirty. It was only cleaned when we asked. No breakfast. And only ONE CHANNEL ON THE TV! Management was hard to find. Remember, you get what you pay for. Close to the center of town.

  Pass This Place Up

  Recently we booked a room here for a short getaway. Before we arrived my wife fell and broke her ankle, requiring us to cancel our arrangements. Even though I cancelled well within the range for a refund it wasn't forthcoming. Two phone calls and an e-mail resulted in assurances it would be looked into, promises of call backs, a commitment to a refund and excuses about cash flow problems. Always very courteous but no results. I had to go through my credit card company to resolve the matter. Not worth the aggravation.

  unexpected trip on a holiday

  We arrived at hot springs Arkansas on July 4th with no reservations. We lucked out at the b inn where there had been a cancellation. The rooms are themed & we were in the rustic. Room which had the biggest bed have ever seen & it was a log bed. The air conditioner kept us cold in 90 degree weather and plentiful hot water. We were within walking distance of bath row and all the shops and restaurants.but the highlight was the 6 degree saw in town &the 2 raccoons we saw wandering the hotel grounds

  Ehhh....

  The pictures I found all looked great. Upon arrival I wondered where I went wrong. It was possibly under construction? I couldn't even tell you. The shower curtain was molded. The bed super uncomfortable. It said it included FULL kitchen...which meant small fridge, small sink, and 1 cook top in a box in the closet. You have to walk down the hill and across a side street to reach the "office". There was not one picture I saw online that I saw in real life.

  BEWARE They stole our money.

  I'm not sure how anyone has been staying at this "Hotel" in the past year because it's closed to the public. Don't send them a deposit for future stay because the owners who don't even live in the area will just take your money, give you false reservation numbers and when you get there all you will find is a Flop house. Happened to a group of us last year. Luckily my credit card reimbursed me when I filed a theft complaint against the so called owners.
