CorrectoUn típico hotel de negocios; bastante limpio y bien ubicado muy cerca de la estación de tren de JR. El único punto malo era la cama, si bien decía que era de dos plazas era un poco más pequeña de lo normal.

Totally not recommendedMy stay wasn't a good one. Upon I checked in to the Reception, the male reception staff use simple English to tell me time is not ready for check in. From his facial expression to language expression, I don't feel welcoming at all like other Japanese hospitality. Understand their English may not be good enough or fluent, however they are totally unlike other typical Japanese courteous culture. These basic job related English can be trained actually. I wonder why they cannot do that. Obviously I was carrying a luggage and I would like to store my luggage and go out for a walk, the male receptionist did not show any interest to offer me this service but I need to ask for it. He just pointed to the luggage store area. How dare they charged me for over USD$120 per night! What a service! During my stay, I was expecting few parcels to send to me. When the time I went back to hotel at night, I asked the female receptionist if any parcels arrived for my Room No., I showed her the room key including the key envelope, the lady then get my room key and checked ..... Then told me I should check out on 25 Feb !! Come on! If she don't understand, don't pretend she understand and do something non-sense! I then asked her again if any parcel or delivery box for me, then she showed unwelcome and not happy face to me again and check at her back area. Finally I got my stuff. My experience once again told me I will not use this hotel in future. In the room, there was no air-conditioning but only warm / hot air come out which I was sweating all night, cannot breathe! We opened the window but the noises from car or traffic made us cannot sleep well at all in our stay..... Room size of coz is small as other business hotel. I believe Toyoko inn can have better service then this one. No wonder why the nearby hotels were all full but this hotel was still have rooms to sell..... Indicate its popularity from guests.... Not top of the list but at the bottom one! I would rather pay some more in future to look for a better service hotel. Just don't go there.

Ok for one nightStayed one night on our last night in Japan. We stayed in similar standard accommodation over two weeks and this was the worst and most expensive (probably due to GW long weekend). The room was small and old. The bathroom ceiling was very low so anyone who's 6 feet tall might bang their head on the ceiling. The location is on the quiet side, there are a few restaurants around and convenient stores. We didn't have high expectation for this accommodation but what I don't understand is why do Japanese hotels put so many furnitures in a small room!?

Good transit hotelThis hotel was a great choice for short stop in Fukuoka, being only 5 minutes walk to Hakata station. The hotel was clean and modern, and also had a free coffee machine on the ground floor. The included breakfast was great, with a variety of Japanese cuisine. Wifi worked well and the staff were friendly.

Stop Over RoomFrom the outset the reception is impressive when booking in, but from leaving the lift the hotel and room looked tired! Small room, I have to agree with previous reviewers why put so much furniture in the room? The bathroom has also limited height! OK for one night stay as long as you take an overnight bag with you, as if there are two suitcases which we had then the room is full and we were unable to move freely around.
