  Very friendly staff, but disappointing hotel...

  When we arrived, the concierge and front desk staff were super friendly and kind. We were disappointed with the room... it was sparse ( maybe due to COVID rules? ) but there was no information on the area, no information about tv, no clock... it did have a small Keurig machine with a used coffee pod and brown water in it. The bathroom was uncomfortably small and the room heater was so loud it woke the family up when it turned on. They did have a heated outdoor pool, which was nice. And the view from the room was very pretty. They did a good job keeping guests rooms separated a bit so we didn't have neighbors around us. That was nice. Finally, we were under the impression there would be breakfast provided.. I thought I remember reading that in some reviews online.. but on our way to get breakfast we were informed they only had food for purchase at the on site cafe ... extremely overpriced food considering how much we paid to stay in an unimpressive hotel room. My husband and I kept saying we were very thankful for the kind staff members, or the hotel would have been a complete bust. Their friendliness was the only thing keeping the review somewhat good here!

  Covid clean!

  Stayed in a studio unit with Murphy bed and pullout couch. Beds comfortable. Plenty of room for the two of us. Very clean, protocols taken seriously. We were spaced far from others. Had takeout lunch at the Cafe - daily soup and steak and cheese sub. Both very good. Very friendly staff.

  Grand Summit is truly GRAND

  I have stayed at this resort several times. The resort staff are always courteous, welcoming and helpful. The resort is always clean and with Covid, they went above and beyond to sanitize rooms and all other areas. All staff members wore masks. We had a double room with 2 queen beds and a full bath on one side and a living room, kitchenette and full bath in the other room. We were able to cook breakfast and a few other meals. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very quiet time of year and we rarely saw another guest. The hot tubs were limited to 4 people each, but that was never a problem for us. We had a hot tub to ourselves every time we wanted to use one. We did a lot of riding around and the area is beautiful. There are many wonderful restaurants and they followed the Covid guidelines. It was a very relaxing week for us and we look forward to going again.

  The mountain closes at 4, why would you close the pool at 6 pm??? No hot tub after skiing. No swimming in the pool for the kids. Staff were all super rude and the cleaning staff just walked into our room this morning, Not having a great stay here

  Excellent lodging and staff

  We have stayed at the Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash for several years now to ski slopeside, which we thoroughly look forward to each winter. It is truly a "ski-on, ski-off" resort with ease and convenience to ski from the hotel to the chair lift just down the small hill. Apart from the convenience to the ski resort, the comfortable rooms, and the heated pool and hot tubs, we very much appreciate the staff at the Grand Summit, particularly the concierge, Judy. Judy is an absolute doll and we look forward to seeing her and talking with her every year, particularly since she is the reason my husband and I started staying at Attitash. Since the year Judy lent my sister her entire ski suit because her bag was lost at the airport (about 10 years ago), Judy's customer service has led to our return each year. Her knowledge of local restaurants, tourist attractions, outdoor activities, etc. has been invaluable to us out-of-towners who wish to explore the area. Each year, she seems to offer new and exciting things for us to do in all seasons. We look forward to returning to the Grand Summit Hotel this fall and next winter.
