  Nice place

  Enjoyed our 3 night stay in a 2 bed spa apartment, fully self contained apartments with everything you need for your getaway. Room quite dated but clean and comfortable, will stay again in the future.

  Perfect position

  Biggera Waters is a wonderful area to stay away from hustle and bustle but close to Harbour Town and most of the theme parks. We stayed in a two bedroom renovated appartment with sea views which was excellent value for money. Dont be afraid to speak to managers to book exactly the level of accommodation you require as they vary from unit to unit. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent cafe in the building for light meals and coffee. Would recommend!

  Position and view ok however !

  Booked room 2H for four nights over a weekend.This unit came with underground parking.Room was very shabby and the tiled floor was filthy in all rooms.Taps in ensuite only dribbled water as did the shower. I had to clear filter gauze of years of muck to ,rectify water flow.Shower flow bad also. Basin tap handle not secured.Very noisy fresh air vents in both bathrooms that can not be turned off. Unit had basic utensils ,pots frypan etc full oven,cook top,full size fridge,ac,in main room only plus large tv. washing machine and dryer NB Even though meant to have undercover parking because permanents have more than one vehicle if you go out no parking may be available when you return so only alternative is street parking which is near impossible to find.!

  The good the bad the ugly

  Room 5H The Good Great location - straight across from sea way with a lovely little beach - hive of activity - great view from the balcony - beautiful manicured gardens and lawns - good games room for the kids - rooftop BBQs look new and well maintained - the atrium garden is quite lovely The Bad 5H hasnt been renovated. It is tired! Unfortunate that the owners havent spent money to maintain and redress. The Ugly The rooftop pool clearly has some big issues. This space is a huge draw card and I was very disappointed to find it out of action. The BBQ space is lack lustre and unfortunately you cant take in the view if seated due to the high rendered walls. This could be an amazing roof top just needs a small investment (and the pool issue to be sorted). I think the water should be drained from the garden as it is clearly very high maintenance Overall we had a great stay in 5H and would recommend it to those who can overlook its unloved appearance and poor furniture. The on-site Managers were really helpful and genuinely wanted us to have a good experience. I feel for them, as everything that is wrong with The Atrium Resort is completely out of their control.

  Beachfront quiet very relaxing

  Great welcome staff very helpful superb tropical garden in the foyer area & great coffee lounge Unit 4D beautiful overlooking Broadwater seeing great water sport activities Very Quiet area but 711 bus 4 mins walk away takes you to Southport with tram connection to all of central Gold Coast Best a 2 person spa bath in room oh was it a great unwinder every night Reception was very quick to ensure unit was well supplied if commodities needed replacing to keep unit facilities up & running & clean Facilities in house were well used only issue was roof top pool & spa not available But soon will be up & running so its not a negative was a massive redevelopment Great BBQ facities on roof Overall summary if you want to relax enjoy stress free holiday this complex is superb you can cook & eat in your unit or eat out Found Southport RSL club great venue plus they have free shuttle bus to & from resort after 4pm until 1030pm just need to book from club My Rating would been 5 stars but rooftop pool issue & non management confirmation of this issue put them & @ a 4 but soon eveything should be up to 5 stars Hopefuly you to can enjoy this resort as mugh as we did
