It is cheap for a reasonWhen I arrived I thought the hotel was closed. No people around, no lights in the lobby and very unappealing. This was obviously once a grand hotel - it must have 150 or more rooms but I think I saw lights on in 5 rooms my entire stay and they must have put us all in adjacent rooms to make it sound like lots of people were there. The room had the basics - but I was warned to turn the aircon off if I wanted to use the kettle. No hot water in the shower. Five local channels on TV with no Astro or cable. No wifi in the rooms which is deceiving as it advertises wifi (but in fine print only in the lobby). Breakfast was a choice of mee or ????? I wish I had read the reviews but since it cost nearly double of the other nearby hotels I thought it would be good. For RM130/night near KLIA (20 minutes) I guess it is OK - but I wont stay here again.

Bed bugs - do not even consider!I was sent to this hotel by AirAsia after delayed flights which resulted to that I missed my flight back to Melbourne and had to spend a night near the airport. The lobby does not quite give you the true impression however hotel is completely run down and even as I stepped out of the lift to go down the corridor to my room I wanted to turn around and leave but I went in to my room on the 5th floor. I have never in my life seen such a disgusting room, it smelled and was just all over horrific. As I am on way to call the reception when I see there are tiny little bugs on the dial pad. I strip off the bed cover and see that there are bed bugs all over. Do not for any reason go to this hotel and if AirAsia puts you up in this hotel kindly ask them to piss off. The worst travel experience of my life

Awful experienceThe room is so dim there were only about two lights in the entire room. Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were bulky with a weird smell. The bathroom looked like it has been abandoned for years. I had to turn on the TV to get more light and the windows won't open as well. No control for the air conditioner and the service is not that good.

Worst Hotel Ever.My wife and I stayed in Aston for our layover and it was by far the worst hotel we've ever been to. It was untidy, there was no wifi, the locks on the rooms don't work, toilet lights don't work and every time you want to open your own hotel room you have to request at the reception and they'll open it for you. And although there are like hundreds of rooms, we never saw single other guest. When we went outside we could only see 3 rooms with lights on. We arrived at midnight and when we asked, the lady at the reception told us that we could check out at 0300 PM the next day. However, when we went to check out at that time the next day they charged us 30 more ringgits saying we stayed 3 hours past the check out time.

WORST HOTEL EVERgoodness, its so old, everything is falling apart and the walls are mouldy. the photos are not what it looks from the inside. It is in a very bad condition. The reception area is just dark and no AC running.
