  Excellent location, Perfect Accomodation place everything near by. Very well staff service. Restaurant , penguin parade , Cruse jetty , BBQ, kids play ground everything nearby. Most beautiful full is baconey sea view.

  Very disappointed

  I have stayed at this hotel many times and customer service is usually good. Today I went to book and asked what would happen if we were to go in to lock down and not be able to stay. Apparently I would lose the amount I would need to pay if for some reason with the covid virus that we went into lock down and couldn't go. I had said I was happy to pay and if we couldn't go maybe we could receive a credit for the lost money but still no. I think this is really unfair and not good customer service at all. I wasn't asking for a refund I was 100% ready to stay if I could but no leniency whatsoever. It's a shame as I have told many friends and family about this place but won't be in the future. Disappointing

  Lovely place

  When we first arrived we loved the place, lovely room and loved the views. A major let down is guests are allowed to smoke on their balcony, so whilst I was trying to enjoy the lovely view I had to choke on the neighbours non stop smoke eventually having to stay inside and only get on the balcony when they were not around. Really ruined it for us. Won't be back and will definitely investigate further with future accomodation.

  Highly recommended

  Truly a gem at Phillip Island. It's near the beach, near the center and all. It's tidy, well-lit. I didnt use their free wifi, so I am not sure if it was fast enough. The room was spacious and their staff was friendly. We will definitely stay again and recommend it. =)

  long weekend break

  we stayed at the waves apartment for a long weekend break and to celebrate our anniversary. we booked a front beach apartment the views were wonderful got to see the ocean and beach from the bed. the apartment was very clean enough crockery for everything u needed. mind u found the breakfast cereal dishes to be abit small in size. found it a little weird having bunk and single bed in the kitchen area but that didn't bother us as it was just me and my husband. the place was very clean:) loved sitting on the balcony people watching. even being opposite the road was good as im a light sleeper but didn't seem much traffic. we loved the use of the jetted bath. it was in easy reach of the main st. lovely shops and plenty of places to eat. the phone lines and it appears email system was down before we went as i couldn't contact anyone it was by sheer luck i found a mobile number to call on the f.b to check our reservation. the lady that checked us in seemed abit flustered because of this issue. didn't even wish us happy anniversary. we found some people very inconsiderate with parking in the above car park with taking too many lanes for their vehicle but that wasn't the fault of the apartment just the guest.. we would defiantly stay again.
