  Perfect Location - No Better Place

  - This turned out to be better than ever. It was a private villa - So basically every square/compound has with 4 standalone villas in them. And the 4 villas share the private pool - The bathroom was big, with a big bathtub - Room was amazing, AC was perfect - The staff was so helpful and friendly and respectful - It was situated right in the centre of Seminyak Main Square - All the best restaurants, clubs, pubs and bars on the same street Honestly no Cons about this place - Seriously this is hands-down amazing. Now I've boasted so much about this place I am already worrying about the fact these guys soon will start increasing their prices because surely a lot of people will prefer staying here.

  Good villa choice

  Close to action with own pool and nice comfy bed.Had breakfast was okay cooked by two young ladies.Plenty of quality places to eat.Corner house clean and good quality breaky and coffee.mykonos great Greek food and if you want Thai excellent at Batik main street .Great Aussie steaks at rumours.Didnt like the Italian job food was overcooked.Bar at villas was not welcoming and deserted most nights.You need a happy hour guys otherwise people just go to main street.Loverly helpfully staff at reception and those around grounds.The one night we went to the bar they had Moslem call to prayer on big screen not conducive to attracting clients me thinks.

  Just awful

  We had rooms 18 and 19. From room 19, loud barking dog, music and voices from outside the Villa complex. No chairs to sit on to watch TV. Empty can of flyspray left for us to deal with mosquitos. I was moved to Villa 11 which was much quieter but still a nearby loud barking dog woke me twice that night. Timber venetian blinds faulty and don't close. Kitchen facilities and refrigerator are outside in the heat with the mosquitos. Light switches in courtyard are poorly positioned.Thatched roofs let in hot air, noise, mosquitos, and other creatures including whatever it was (a squirrel?) which left its poo and food in my bathroom. No drinking water provided. No tissues. Internet drops out.The bathroom has no air-conditioning and has heavy sliding door which must be closed at all times to keep the rest of the interior cool. Bathroom vanity-tap sprays everywhere, as does the shower faucet.Shower floor didn't look clean.The courtyard area at entrance to each villa is a dangerous mix of steps/bricks of varying heights. This whole complex is pretentious. It looks great but is far from it. We had booked for three nights but left after one night. I wouldn't stay there again if I were paid to do so. Management apologised for our many concerns but not even a partial refund was offered on our unused nights.

  Beautiful Villas and the location is amazing!

  Wow were do we start, From the staff, food, cleanness, service, restaurant at the resort, main pool, and the transfer/shuttle service. Thank you so much for an incredible experience, we stayed in the honeymoon villas for our anniversary. The villas was absolutely stunning, value for money was definitely 5 stars! The villas are located right on walking street taking away the hassle of getting cabs/scooters or walking to far back to your accommodation! Reception were even kind enough to let us check out almost an hour late (1pm) with no additional fee. The villas also have onsite 24 security with a massive boom gate out the front checking all cars coming into the villas putting your mind at ease. Thanks very much we will be back!   Couldnt be any better positioned!

  We are dancers and love to be near our favourite venues when in Bali,we also love good food so,to have accommodation right in the middle of Jl.Laksmana,Oberoi,also known as Eat Streetwas the best experience for us as most of these places were walking distance.Traffic in Bali is a nightmare so,not having to use taxis was a great advantage.We loved our Amasaya villa even though it was a little tired looking and in need of refreshing but the most important things were very good,like a beautiful bed with fresh crisp sheets,great ample bathroom and large swimming pool.Staff is also great and are always ready to make your stay the best possible.We are definitely looking forward to stay there again but we will try to get one of the villas at the end of the resort where there is absolute privacy,our villa was the closest to the very busy Jl Laksmana(that we didnt mind)and had a high story building looking down on us.
