This is not a Hotel.Hi, So lets get this straight, this is not a Hotel. Maybe a decent B&B. The location in an alley behind a bar, rooms are decent, but don't expect any views. There is no in room dining or a restaurant in the establishment. There is no room service whatsoever. I was down with the flu and asked them for a toothpaste, to my horror they pointed me to the closest supermarket (wrong directions).I had to walk 15 minutes at 9 am running 100+ fever to a get something as simple as that while they charged over EUR100 a night for a room that wasn't worth more than 50 if i'm being generous. All in all, stay away from this "HOTEL".

Ok very pretty wallpaperVery pretty entrance staff were ok. We enjoyed our stay in Argostoli it is a beautiful town. The hotel itself was clean and tidy rooms were basic but ok. The breakfast was nice. This is not a luxury hotel but very clean, pretty and in a great location and walking distance to the main square.

Enjoyable stayWe decided to book a room here, despite mixed reviews, because we wanted a specific room (2 bedroom loft, room 301). Overall, it had the feel of an apartment with the entrance in a different building than the lobby. Our room was spacious, kept clean, and had the largest balcony with the most beautiful views of the waterfront! The bathroom, however, was a bit of a disappointment. It was not one of the renovated ones we saw on the website, which was suprising since this should be the nicest room in the hotel. It was clean and spacious, however, and had the bathtub we sought since we have 2 young children. Mattresses were not the most comfortable, and breakfast was very good and better than expected based on reviews. The coffee was excellent- not sure why other reviewers didn't care for it. We had a long stay so we went out for breakfast on occasion based on our schedule for the day and for a little more variety (lots of restaurants and activities in the area). Overall, a rennovated bathroom and a few simple changes would be welcomed (coffee and mugs in room, more varied toiletries), but we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Hidden gem on side streetThis hotel is rated as a 3* and it probably would be, IF it wasn't for the great staff, Customer, service, food, spa, comfort etc... To be fair, this wasn't my first choice. It was an incentive property with my airline of choice.... I selected it because I would receive 10,000 bonus points with my airline. This is of great benefit to me personally. This is the first time I have taken this particular root. I certainly WILL do it again. The hotel itself was a little too pink for me. Flowery, birds and flamingos everywhere. Not my taste. This was an old apartment building converted to a hotel. The rooms were a little odd, however, roomy and an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and efficient. The water pressure in the shower was brilliant. There were little to no consistent hangers in the tiny wardrobe. Some wire hangers, some plastic in a variety of colours. I requested additional hangers and was accommodated immediately... The breakfast buffet was amazing. Greek food, tomatoes, feta, veggies, Greek yogart with honey, juices, variety of breads, Lurpak butter, toaster, lovely coffee machine, not too fancy, a lovely Greek dish of lemon mousse and biscuit crumbs, fluffy scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, grilled hot veggies, mushroom on toast Greek pastries, cakes and jams..... Well done The Spa was lovely, although the physical therapists work more than one hotel so appointments can be tricky... Lalia, the front office, daily receptionist was delightful. On a daily basis Lalia assisted me with logistical information for a diagnostic clinic, taxis, car rentals printing documents and so on... Can't say enough about the service and comfort.. A 5* for service, well done. BTW I stayed 12 days!

Modern attractive hotelThis is a clean modern attractive hotel in a great location in Argostoli. The reason I gave it average rather than very good is because of the discrepancy with the hotel facilities. Firstly the rooms are great and the bathroom amenities were plentiful. Personally I like a bath when I am in a hotel, its part of the treat, so I was disappointed that it was a walk into bath to have a shower only, as no plug was visible. I get it, but I would rather they said shower instead of bath. Secondly the facilities are not as listed. The Spa and fitness facilities belong to the neighbouring property, which I think is also under the same ownership. I actually went to the trouble of contacting the hotel before my arrival to ask about booking time in their wellness centre and some treatments, to be told I could book on arrival. No mention at all that there was no fitness area only a Pilates table, which I had to book in advance. Also no chance of treatments as they were closed in the afternoon when we arrived and were only open between 6 and 8pm in the evening, when we had made other arrangements. This was actually what made me choose this hotel so I am underwhelmed. On the plus side they take dogs and the staff were as nice and friendly as social distancing and face shields, in the current circumstances, allow. The immediate area around the hotel, particularly behind, is great for bars and restaurants.
