  Excelente descanso

  El mejor colchón en el que hemos dormido en indonesia con diferencia. Tuvimos un problema de mosquitos pero creo que fue aislado y pudo ser solucionado. Por el precio está muy bien pero hay que sumarle el alquiler de la moto ya que esta algo alejado del centro o la playa y el camino es, cuanto menos, incómodo. Aire en las habitaciones y bastante nuevo todo. Te dan toallas en la piscina. Te intentan cobrar comisión al pagar con tarjeta pero están anunciados en booking como que no y al reclamar acceden a no cobrar de más. Recomendable.

  El personal es amable y tienen buen desayuno con bastantes opciones. Sin embargo, en la habitación había mosquillas y en la cama debe de haber bichillos, porque al desperar estaba llena de picaduras por todas las extremidades. La ubicación es regular, unos 25 min andando hacia la playa. Está en medio de la nada; sin embargo no puedes dormir bien porque hay perros en los alrededores y no paran de ladrar en toda la noche. La piscina que hay es poco útil, ya que es interior, con poco espacio para descansar y en la misma entrada del hotel.

  Pros & Cons

  Stayed here for 10nights , booked two rooms for me & my partner & the other for friends . Can say that it is great value for money - you get what you pay for. Very budget indeed .. things that could be improved is cleaner linen - cleaner towels . And theres just a constant smell the reeks through the hotel , smells like drainage pipes . Theres a swimming pool however we never swam in it cos it just looked green all the time . The staff are VERY friendly - we stayed in room 304 & 305 . They may need to have a look at the pipes in the bathroom as we always had water on the floors - room 305 some mild in the walls that needs to be looked at . Despite that all comfortable bed - good room size - good value for money - close to everything & about 15min walk from Seminyak .

  Checked in & out within 30 minutes!

  We werent sure on this place when booking it because of the mixed reviews but thought we would give it a go. The location was okay but was up a creepy, neglected road but close to centre. The hotel itself look neglected, dull and lacked personality. Our first room was okay, seemed fairly clean but yet again dull - our air con didnt work so had to move rooms up another flight of stairs. Our next room wasnt much better - damp patches all over the walls, horrible smell and the bed sheets were off white and had stains. We checked out within the hour and the receptionist didnt even seem surprised, she wasnt apologetic or even asked us why we were leaving. Wouldnt recommend, weve checked into a hostel now which is much cleaner and better value for money!

  Do not stay here!!! Decieving online advertising

  I really am not one to complain but this really was an awful experience. The hotel its self is in a sketchy almost derelict type of area (if you have seen the inbetweens movie it was like this) We were hit with an old dusty smell when we walked into the room and soon realised why when we saw the walls which were covered in damp.. we asked to move to rooms.. when we did, it still had damp but not as bad- as we dont like complaining we thought we may as well lump it but when we checked the bed and the sheets were dirty (and by dirty I mean makeup stains on the pillows and blood stains on the sheets!!) they hadnt even changed them from the last people. We asked for a refund due to this and they tried to make us pay for the first night, spent over an hour sorting this out with booking.com. Staff were unhelpful and uncooperative the whole time.. until my partner finally snapped and walked off. To which they then refunded us after laughing about it. Do not trust the booking.com reviews as I am unable to make my review through there after this process for some reason... Luckily there was a lovely hotel just down the road for a less price and lovely CLEAN sheets and friendly staff :-)
