AMAZING FIRST IMPRESSION
On my short business trip to bandung annd stay at THE 101 Bandung hotel. Health protocols are well maintained by the hotel. Beyond my expectation, Shella who is in charge as the receptionist when I checked in, she explained and gave directions to me very clearly and professionally, so amazed by her performance that I should mention her name. After that I walked into the room and the room was very eye catching and attractive with a balcony to look out on. But I was disappointed because there were spots on the bed cover of one of the mattresses and the air conditioner was not operating properly due to the heat in the room. Overall recommend to stay here. Thank you

Great Short Stay
From the moment we arrived, it felt welcomed and their hospitality is really superb. We booked a duplex room for 4 persons and it was fantastic! We felt like we're home. Their location is also close to the city centre and it's nice to walk around. Would be back for sure

So amazing stay here
The rooms are very comfortable, quite clean. the view on the window becomes the charm of itself seeing the city of Bandung. The bed is very soft for sleeping. The shower, the fountain is very satisfying. For breakfast, woww ... quite appetizing for the bakso Malang. the interior is very attractive, starting from the corridor to the room. I hope you can stay back here.

Interesting but....
Arrived at 3pm, checked in with Rulli, great guy with a smile, he was fast and spot on, able to met my request even not all, understandable. Hotel room was ok and has a balcony, its enough for 2, didnt complaint, as we spent most of our time outside anyway. Bathroom was clean, enough space to move around. Everything was alright till we decided to go out at 10pm, our car was stuck!!! Cant go out as their parking lot was awfully small. There were 2 layers of parallel car, parked in front of our car. Asked reception, but it will takes time, so we decided not to go out. Dont get me wrong the room and staffs were great, its just the car park. Oh and they are adhere to the covid protocol seriously, so dont worry. One more thing, breakfast has many choices of food, but the taste, i found it no too great. We will come back and stay here again, but after we try some other interesting hotels in Bandung. Still a 5 stars rating!!! Thank you.

First timer
We were stay at your hotel for 2 times. First stay on 8-10 feb was great experience overall. And on the same day we decided to came back make another booking 10-12 and we were very upset with the service given by your staff member its female in charge at the front desk and her name is DIZA she is not really helpful at the beginning she is not solving the problem until we asked for mattress pad for king bed and she giving us the room with twin bed. End of the story we except the room with twin bed and suddenly the HK staff his name is saipul came to our room and gave us the mattress pad for king bed and setting up for us, we are a bit confuse coz at the beginning during our check in Ms. DIZA offering us twin bed instead of king and even she is offering us to upgrade the room. And on our last stay we are very upset... and hopefully it wont happen again with another guest. Overall staff was excellent and helpful. Thank you
