    Noche pésima

    Solo estuvimos una noche pero suficiente para dar esta mala opinión. Estaba todo limpio pero primero me echó para atrás la persiana del baño, vieja y mohosa, para ducharte tenías que tener mucho cuidado de no rozarte con ella y pillar algo malo. Y ya el colmo fue que, a partir de las 11 de la noche, se escuchaba perfectamente en la habitación la música del local que hay justo al lado, eso y la gente hablando y gritando. Total, que apenas dormimos de noche. No lo recomiendo para nada y encima no avisan de nada de este gran problema a la hora de descansar.

    No service minded staff

    This hotel could have been so much nicer if the receptionist learned to be nice When I came to the reception she (literally) said What do you want?. And in a really not nice way. Really weird. No hello, nothing else. Unfortunately Id already paid so I couldnt turn around and leave. She werent more excited during the whole check in. She mumbled something and showed me the room. The room was all ok. When I came home later about 11in the night everything was black and closed. I had to go through REVIEWS for the hotel to know that I could go in from a stair on the side of the hotel. Why didnt she tell me?? So, ok room, central location ...thats all

    Don't go...seriously

    The place online looked quite nice but I encountered really bad experience with the staff. They passed me around when they didn't understand and they tried to charge me 400 baht more than the booking online. Booked it online and my card wasn't processed. The said I needed to pay more to be able to stay. It wasn't the money but the way the talked and decided not to stay there and left They need to change that attitude and have some understanding of the business they are in and I'm sure if that was the case I would have stayed

    DO NOT STAY HERE! PLEASE READ!

    Horrible customer service! There's bad and then there is this place. The manager at the front desk should not be in this business. Let me explain. On the first night we were there we found that the TV didn't even turn on. It was our first night in Thailand so we didn't think much of it. In the morning I mentioned it to a staff member just wanting them to come look at it. The lady grabbed my arm and told me to go upstairs. Turns out that she runs another office there and she told me she had alot of other work to do and my problem was the least of her worries and she would let the manager know. We had a lot of excursions that day and we were in a hurry so I didn't worry about that the utter rudeness of this woman. I figured that the issue would be fixed or at least some form of communication would have been had for the the inconvenience and for the actions of the other lady. WE HEARD NOTHING. We stayed 2 days so the next morning was checkout. I decided to ask the manager why nothing was attempted to be done about the situation. I was very calm and smiling in fact because we were still new in a foreign land and weren't adapted to all the customs. She told me that "it only had one channel and that's the way it was.". I said that "it didn't even turn on" and she would have known that if she followed up with me earlier. She immediately mid-conversation turned and left the room through the back laundry room and with my handy dandy google voice translate I understood that she informed all the employees not to talk to me at all. She didn't come back until I had to call out. "How do I check out?". Again I was not being hostile at all. The staff saw that I was being nice and shrugged like this is something that always happens here. I went upstairs and she came to the door 5 min later with her phone on speaker saying it was her manager or the booking company I'm not quite sure who she was calling. She let it ring 2x and said "Oh, nobody is there and hung up the phone and just walked away without saying another word. So cringe-worthy awkward. It was the worst ive ever been treated as a customer. The lady was angry from the start of our visit and didn't let up. The staff is obviously scared of her and just look down and mop when she is around. One star just comes from the location . Tons of good food near by and walking distance from Thong Sala food market. We had 2 lights that just didn't have light bulbs in them at all. WORST EXPERIENCE WEVE HAD IN THAILAND! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

    Avoid at all cost

    My husband and I have been travelling for years and we have never before encountered such rude behavior from management as at this hotel. Both the receptionist and the manager were literally yelling at us and throwing things and all we did was ask a few questions. Our plan was to stay on the island for a month so we had a friend that lives there find a hotel for us and they paid in advance for us. After the first altercation the day after we arrived we would have left but the hotel would not have refunded our money, so we decided to stay. Whenever my husband saw the manager he would politely say hello and she would just ignore him. Our room was supposed Tobe cleaned every four days but unless we caught the cleaning staff that did not always happen. We were supposed to get fresh towels and two bottles of water daily and that seldom happened. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay because of the horrible management team.
