  Family holiday

  So we stayed here 3 and half years ago and it was basic after staying for the past two weeks basic would be putting it mild. We payed for all inclusive to get a cold and basically disgusting breakfast, lunch and dinner. Half of it was inedible because it was either not cooked, cold or unrecognisable as they did not had signs telling you what you were eating. The all inclusive snacks included one ice cream and a warm sandwich (the filling used from breakfast) served between 4-5pm, and the variety or drinks included one type of beer, ouzo and watered down soft drinks. We had booked two family rooms to end up with two twin rooms with a single bed shoved in front of the balcony door for my daughter, the mattresses were dirty, broken and uneven (they were two singles pushed together to make a double), it took four days for our shower to be fixed as every time we showered the water didnt drain and the next person was basically standing in the previous persons shower water (I didnt have a problem as it was my daughter but it still bothered us considerably). After all this whenever we made a complaint the staff would shrug it off or make an excuse. My mother in law was in the end put in a spare room they had so she didnt have to share with my dad (who has no relationship to her whatsoever) but 7 days into her having things room one of the staff members let themselves into her room while she was sleeping ( judge as you will) this is a vulnerable disabled woman who was asleep and not expecting anyone to enter her room unannounced while asleep! Even after this the hotel still did nothing!! The staff were a joke most either didnt care or didnt understand what the problem was, one of the people working in the food area had a dirty bandage on his hand for over a week and they never wore any kind of kitchen uniform. While on this holiday we decided to look around for alternatives for future holidays as we love Rhodes and Pefkos in particular. They have lovely people and amazing restaurants for families! Our favourites when angel bar and Pefkos by night. On our travels we happened to find a hotel that fits all our needs (everything you want in a hotel) and cannot wait to stay their and visit Pefkos again!!

  Thalia hotel pefkos rhodes

  Hi all this is a all that you pay for hotel,the rooms are clean and the staff are fabulous (please take your time out to talk to them) the food is average but each to there own.the 2 pools are immaculate and well maintained and the grounds are clean.and as I said you pay for what you get but I would recommend it to anyone.And see Nikos if you want to extend room time on departure 30 till 6pm British flight times are a bit all over the shop

  Up dated pool area

  Great location! Room basic (small fridge) (no hair dryer) , cleaner every day but not clean towels every day but most places are doing that for the environment, food and drink is basic all inclusive (lager, wine, ouzo, soft drinks and coffee, pool clean and a lovely size, plenty of beds and space for more if needed. Staff lovely. Great value for money, cheaper than most self catering with the bonus of not needing to carry money to the pool with the ALs bar. Booked my daughter and her friend to go in July they had no problems and Im booked to go back next May 2020. Lots of help from Nikos. Extras are - - room tax (every place does it) air con (10 per day) and to extend your room time on the day that you leave if need be think its 30.

  Fantastic

  Great family run hotel ,had great time value for money a pleasure as always Nicos and Rula are great hosts The improvements are magnificent and we will be back to see our many friends that weve made next year Thank you

  Solo holiday

  As a lone female traveller the location was fine. Lovely hotel. Brand new dining room , pools and bar area. Room was spacious. Found something to eat at every meal. Was definitely a good option pricewise compared to self catering options. However a member of staff was extremely aggressive and attacked a guest. It caused a lot of uneasiness towards the remaining guests. Such a dampner on what would've been a lovely holiday.
